Second story of our high school. There's a circular forum on the first floor. Well, there was some sort of performance there, so there were a bunch of gymnastics mats set up, including some rather thick ones, for landing and such.

So... we figured we could probably jump off and hit the mats.

So we did.

And I missed.

Ouch.

I remember now. I had this flu thing once. And I don't know if it was an allergic reaction to the meds I was one, or what, but my lungs hurt like all get out. I had to take very shallow breaths, because anything too deep would hurt like you wouldn't believe.

Pain...
