Well there is this one with my douchebag-like slicked back hair, but it had Titan from American Gladiators, so it's awesome...

Speaking of which, I had a friend who seriously thought that Areola was the name of the princess in Sleeping Beauty. (It's Aurora, and when they told her what an areola was, she was quite embarrassed.)
