Not only is it from the Charity Dinner, but you are 100% correct in your feeling. Every year they film SOMETHING there, it's just a matter of what. Last year was a scene from cH-3, and the year before (DB1) was a full length video, Lock Out.

We didn't film anything at the dinner this year.

We didn't even bring the camera.
