LATE VIDEO THIS WEEK

Postby Graham » 13 Oct 2008, 11:39

Not that you guys have complained the last couple week's when videos have been later than usual (admirable restraint, and I thank you) but due to Canadian Thanksgiving, an untimely power outage and this week's video being several minutes more epic than usual, it'll be up a little later today.

Season finale... so, what d'you expect, really?
Good times.

Pretty much everyone south of Nanaimo was out for a few hours. My dad is a manger for BC Hydro and spent half of our Thanksgiving dinner on the phone, then went into the office to work on it from 7 until 11 or so.

Which isn't so bad, considering that hundreds of thousands of people had no electricity during prime-time Turkey-eating time. I guess everyone who is eating on Monday rather than Sunday made the right decision!

I assumed all of you were slightly distracted with stuff....you know, LIFE and whatnot.

Good luck with the power. And may I suggest getting bigger batteries for the internets? AA's may not cut it anymore. :)

I would have said "getting ready for the screening on Saturday" but that works too.

Maybe the moonbase or rocket storage house needs a backup power supply?

Do you have an ETA for the video? Late tonight? Tuesday?

As long as you keeping producing such fun enjoyable works, the timetable is the least of my worries.

But thanks for the forewarning. I can now go about my business without that pesky nuisance of curiosity tickling at the back of my brain.

What's important is you told us before we spent idle hours waiting for it to pop up, that's what bugged me before (Back when Jer called me Lying-inba-demon) :)

Of course, what's then important is that it gets put up in the course of the week :P

If you're going by canon (as established last year), that's the Season 6 holiday special.

However, we know from the preview pic posted by Matt (Initially with the wrong date), that this does involve the Warriors of Darkness, and if the previous pattern of videos is anything to go by, this'll be another non-Rapidfire video.

So by "several minutes more epic", Graham, are we talking "Loading Ready Rumble Part Deux" or something longer than that?

Let's just say that you cannot possibly prepare yourself for the incredibility that is to come.

That doesn't sound angry at all, so why do you have such a redundant signature? :-P

Oh Matt...
Never give them a definite time-frame. You have no idea how long Revver will take, and all you'll do is set them up for dissapointment if there's an unexpected delay.

It'll be up as soon as it can be.
