Those are the same chats. The Ustream chat is (I believe) just a java front-end for an IRC chatroom, and I know it can be accessed through a regular IRC client (that's what I did too, I forget how though).

EDIT: Okay, go to chat1.ustream.tv in your IRC client, and the chatroom is #desert-bus-drivercam
