There was one time during a musical rehearsal at high school a few girls smelled and complimented me on my pleasing aroma. It was odd, but a thoroughly pleasant situation. I think it was partially due to the fruity shampoo I had been using at around the time. The other part of the due I blame on the musical.

Musicals (particularly the rehearsals) make people crazy. CRAZY! And surprisingly forthcoming. And CRAZY!

The smell in the forest right after it rains, the smell of a successful steak, the smell of a new or old book, the tree in front of my house (yeah, it's weird, but when you climb it and sit for a few minutes, the bark smells welly. Yeah, it smells so good it doesn't even need proper grammar. or words that exist.

This exactly. Especially the soil, by far my favorite smell. Coffee is also pretty gear, but I'd think that's the next tier down from the above.

Earthy/Woodsy smells:
new leather
fresh cut cedar or cherry
hickory wood fire (wood stove or campfire)
the earth right after a rain (my family refers to that as the smell of worms, as in fish bait)

Food smells:
Baking bread
Hot fresh roast beef
my grandma's cinnamon rolls

On a guy:
Irish Spring soap - makes me melt
old spice - reminds me of my grandpa

That I wear:
Vanilla and Lavendar
Lily of the Valley
Peppermint (peppermint bubble baths are Soooo refreshing)

Was at my buddy's once and tried out his peppermint shampoo. Holy crap that was good stuff. Woke me up better than the best espresso and a bitch slap. Tingled the very roots of my hair.

Side note; I wash with Irish Springs and use Old Spice deodorant. It's a solid combo; I have, on occasion, been complemented on my scent (which can be... awkward), and the GF loves it, too  .

Shoe stores (and new tennis balls, but only because they smell just like shoe stores).

Relatedly, my favorite sound is the click of high heeled shoes on linoleum.

Dead meat, the kind that's been rotting for a few days, fantastic stuff.

I have an incredibly weak sense of smell, things that make people wretch I can barely smell - even then, it's usually pleasant.

I'm convinced it's the product of second hand smoke, as both my parents smoked chronically in the house for my childhood. Now my Mum just smokes, but it's still chronically.

Aside from this, I recall the smell of stuff, it's just I can't smell it much anymore.

Things I can't stand: Cigarettes (Obvious reasons) and sometimes booze, especially when I've had a bad experience, usually puts me off for a while.

My ex-girlfriend, even when she wasn't wearing perfume, she has a really nice smell and it always makes me feel good.

I also like the smell of new books or comics :3

I have to agree a fresh deck of casino quality playing cards or a booster pack of magic cards always smell awesome.. on top of that fresh baked brownies, Peanut butter cookies, home made Snickerdoodles, Banana nut bread, Home made sourdough bread and I don't know if I actually like it or if it is just nostalgia but raw pumpkin when your carving a jack o' lantern is absolutely amazing
This post is not real its just a figment of your imagination...
