Thanks, everyone!

I'm afraid there isn't a hugely elaborate proposal story - as a matter of fact, the proposal is sort of a formaility, since we've already set a wedding date (we've already been living together for about four years). The ring just took a lot longer to come in than we thought it would. That said, I've been hiding a twitching spazzy nervousness all day anyway, and it's nice to finally be all official 'n' stuff. :)

I'm glad people like the picture - that's the ring sitting on my sunglasses, which in turn are on a black T-shirt.

Thanks again, everyone! I'm not going to be allowed to take the pictures at our wedding, but I'm sure we'll get really good ones anyway!
