I mean, I know he's got his own thing as a serious actor, but that just begs explanation. *winks*

That's not his picture.

That is the thumbnail for the trailer for the film Mulligans, which he is in as the aforementioned "Anal Andy". The guy in that thumbnail is the star of the film, I believe. Notice how Andrew is also listed as being in Eyewitness Accounts, and also how the rest of the LRR crew are as well.

I was just curious if any of the crew knew anything about his role in Mulligans?

There are two main possibilities: Either Andy got the part in the movie of the character named "Anal Andy", or IMDB made a mistake and it's actually someone else with the same/similar name.
