Andy in Eureka!

Postby Anachronism » 28 Aug 2009, 17:08

What's Andy doing in my Eureka!? That was Andy, right? Tell me I'm not hallucinating.

calmer edit: I think I saw our Andy in a cameo on the Syfy show Eureka!. Someone please tell me I'm not the only one who saw this. I've lost my ability to take caps so I can't provide any.

According to his IMDB page he appears in the episode "You Don't Know Jack", season 3, as "Dr. Bubay".

That episode airs over here in a couple weeks, so I'll need to wait a bit to catch it for myself.

Wow! Congrats to Andy! Graham and Paul, I'm sure you guys knew of this! You see it?

Also, Eureka is one of the few decent shows left on SyFy... or should I mention the Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus they keep advertising :(

Hmm... This is interesting. "Eyewitness accounts" has an entry on IMDb. So everyone who was in that video is on IMDb, including Graham Stark who is credited as a director, actor, co-producer, cinematographer, and editor. Quite a resume you got there.

For that video or just in general? Because that's the only project you're credited as having worked on. I'm pretty sure aside from Andy, Paul is the only person from LRR credited on IMDb for having worked on more than just that video, and he apparently worked on "Good Night and Good Luck."

For that video specifically, but also for a lot of our videos. There's full credits for each one on the LoadingReadyWiki

The reason that's the only LRR video on IMDB is because we uploaded it to an online film festival submission service, that ran an IMDB cross-promo thing at one point.
They got Paul confused with a different Paul Saunders.

Is it odd that Eureka does a memory loss episode featuring an LRR Cast member just weeks after the "Forget About It" video. Maybe next week Eureka shows us Tokyo Vacation Pictures.

Thank God I wasn't the only person who saw him. I got home from work, turned on my DVR to watch Eureka, and I was shocked. I couldn't believe my eyes. That's brilliant! Congratulations to Andy, just don't give me a surprise like that next time... I thought I was dreaming.

This seems like the kind of thing you mention when visiting. "Oh, yeah, I got a new car. She's a real beaut. Oh, also I am appearing on a SyFy show. I also finally tried hummus, not as bad as I thought."
