OH DEAR GOD THAT MUST OF BEEN ONE OF THE COOLEST THINGS IVE EVER SEEN. You guys should consider putting that on youtube. You definitely have a meme worthy video on your hands. My friend and I definitely think that pear soap was ejaculating. On another note it's nice to finally see Alex's brother after hearing so much about him.

This video showed me how to go about cleaning my microwave the fun way...
'Cept the Pears soap kinda scared me. *Splut splut!-*

Also, it teaches all a very important lesson: never trust fire extinguisters.

The marshmallow overload bit just slayed me.

Well done, y'all.

In my professional opinion as a nuclear energy worker* you where not using a skookum** enough fire extinguisher.

More importantly I hope you unplugged the microwave before you used the hose to put out the fire. Water and electricity DO NOT mix.

* Yes I really was a nuclear energy worker when I worked at TRIUMF (Canada's national nuclear and particle physics lab).

I'll admit to having been tempted to put some fairly odd things in microwaves before, but I never really considered marshmallows, having made (And reheated) hot chocolate in microwaves before.

That said, good video, but I'd probably refrain from picking up anything that was smoking, vis a vis the Furby, prior to "extinguishing" it. I'm not sure that's the right word given it wasn't flaming and all, but there's always the risk :)

As for Furbies, I don't think they make people want to kill their parents, but they do inspire intense feelings of mechanicide towards themselves...

I'm guessing background audio, while entertaining, wouldn't make up a very entertaining video visually. Most of the shots with no reaction audio are that way because they're sped up 5x or more, so you'd be listening to them react to a much slower, less impressive spectacle than what we got to see.

...that being said, chipmunk-speed reaction audio might be entertaining ;-P

That was fantastic. The marshmallow Christmas lights were epic. They had their own rhythm to them when they started blinking.

But my favorite is the plasma globe. Fantastic.

This should really be under a "For Science!" tag instead of "Sheer Stupidity". It's hard to compare stupidity from this to something like the Extreme Battle or Fun with Condoms. :3 All of them are a lot of fun to watch, though!

I would like to know what happened to the "other microwaves."

Maybe you could nuke Mr. Bill next time, see if all that tall protects him from radiation....and being crushed to death in a small, suffocating space.

So the third marshmallow nuking was at 60 speed. That means you nuked them for at least 17 minutes! I'm surprised they didn't start burning by then.

So when you were done did you dump the melted marshmallow goo on the nearest Environmental Protection Agency representative?

Well, that was highly entertaining. I liked how instead of just nuking tons of different things, you nuked different varieties of the same things.

Microwaving marshmallow fluff = genius.
