How do you get the podcast?
Via the Podcast page, or through the RSS feed?

I get mine through the RSS feed, every week on Friday (Friday for me anyway - Thursday is actually Canada's Wednesday!).

You go to the homepage, click on the name of the podcast, and the popup appears so you can stream it.
That's what I call "going to the podcast page"

I don't really bother with RSS feeds. I just use the very convenient podcast page

What's an RSS...?

I just click the link on the homepage.
I can't think of a signature.

It's a feed. You copy and paste the URL (you can see it in the LRRcast window - when you click on the homepage link) into the feed reader of your choice - mine is iTunes, but as has been mentioned, you can also read them from Firefox, Safari, IE7, PSP, the zune software, etc - and it downloads/stores them automatically for your to listen to at any time.

I get it through iTunes, since I have something like forty different podcasts. The LRRcast goes into the cue with the rest of 'em and I usually hear it while walking to class or playing games.

Does anyone know of an alternative to iTunes that can manage podcasts and the iPod? Every time I open iTunes, my system slows to a sickening halt. If I could avoid that, I would happily do so.

Setting up the RSS feed isn't too hard.

Just don't ask me how I did it; I had my kid-cousin do it for me.
