Wow, those Flat Earthers are kinda... yeah...

So who wants to raise some money, buy a boat, some radios, some cameras, and invite some trusted Flat Earthers along to act as envoys? We let them plot a course and sail wherever they like to find their "Ice Wall", all the while maintaining radio contact with other Flat Earthers for verification, as well as independent media sources. All documented on film, with live streaming feeds via radio.

When we don't get vaporized by the government conspiracy, and when we fail to find the "Ice Wall", and when the Flat Earthers get tired of sailing around finding evidence entirely contrary to everything they say, we can all go laugh over a few drinks and let them come up with explanations for it all.

Likely those explanations will be something like mind control, the government got to us and brainwashed us all, including those Flat Earthers on the trip, and faked it all in a massive sound stage. All the radio signals sent from the ocean were faked, they were either duplicated from conspiracy spy planes flying over the "Ice Wall" or in point of fact, the waves were tampered using secret technology that made them "bend" or "refract" or something and thus appear to be coming from the ocean.

Ahh, what a pity that there is absolutely no possible way to verify the conspiracy, because of the conspiracy, and likewise no possible way to verify a lack of a conspiracy, also because of the conspiracy.

And clearly there's so much to be gained by keeping the truth of a flat earth secret! It has something to do with money, probably, maybe! Goodness, they must be making hella mad dough off of Columbus Day sales, or Coperinican T-Shirts! But damnit, the truth is out there!

Its because you see America is in the West and as per the rules of flat world civillisation the countries in the East and West get it easy as they can butt rape the countries inbetween.

Which I believe is practically true of the round world, we might as well be flat :p
It was really too big:

I think William came from Normandy which wasn't part of France at that time. Much like Calais which England owned for a while. Channel tunnel is not for troop movements. In the Hundred Year Wars which lasted more than a hundred years France one about half the battles.
