Everyone says they want to come to Scotland. Me, I hate this place. Filled with drunken neds who are basically like ants. They know they're fragile on their own so try their luck in a fight in numbers. That, and no one would care if they were wiped off the face of the planet.

Still, the tourist parts are nice.

I went to BC last December, and I have to agree. It is gorgeous. The flight over the scenery, alone, was awesome.

However, I'd sooner go to New Zealand than Australia ... Australia scares me for the number of things there that can kill you.

you know... i was watching the vid again, and i can't help but notice the lack of 'stuff' on one side or the other of matt in the 'anchor' shots. usually in a news show, they have the edges have something going on a good portion of the time... or at the very least when they bring up the topics/other aspects of said topic. i know you guys have done it in the past, but it was completely missing this time around. T.T i want my news clutter :p

+6 to Diplomacy? Those results indicate a much higher bonus!

Either that, or Matt rolled a natural 20.

I have a feeling Uwe Boll has a big role to play in the LRRmon theology.

Hmm, would he be more of a standard Devil, being of unmatched evil, or more of a Lucifer, a prideful traitor?

I think more a Lucifer.

I was thinking more of a Nyarlathotep. Deliberately screwing with the minds of humanity in order to make them ripe prey for his dark masters, the Outer Gods.

In order:
Hello,

Your name reminds me of Mythbusters. Which means it's awesome.
That hat is made of awesome.
Matt's a lucky punk.
You are no longer a random girl, but merely "girl in ad." Or something to that effect.

And nice job, by the way. ;)

the problem is not the technology at our hands or our skills. our ability to green screen is limited by manpower, budget and timeline.

Ohh now I get it, capture in HD and you should be fine. Seriously SD will not only scale down your luma, but it will also scale down your chroma.

If you are worried about the amount of data beeing used, you can still scale down the video into SD before editing. But do that in a format which does not use chroma subsampling. (e.g. uncompressed RGB video)
That way you will get _much_ better quality at minimal cost. You only need some temporary storage space for such parts of the video.

Damn! My secret identity as Jamie from Myth Busters has been discovered. Well now you know, I'm actually a red-bearded genius who likes to dress up as brown-haired girl.

I've heard that the postal movie isn't that bad actually. I don't think it will be amazing, but maybe show he could, possibly, maybe have some talent.

Nitpicking Time!!!

House of the Dead: 1,019,935
BloodRayne: 240,542
240,542 / 1,019,935 = 24%

That's closer to a fourth than a fifth. Nitpicker away!

Uwe Boll does have a doctorate in English, and as far as I know, he earned it. Last year, Dr. Boll made an appearance at the Anime Evolution 2007 convention at SFU here in BC. He held a panel and took questions from the audience, then showed off a sneak preview from Postal, which looks like a kick-ass movie. As a person, I have little problem with Uwe Boll.

Except where he said that he doesn't like Bruce Campbell. Take a good look at this photo and you'll see why I had a problem with that.

"and that's not nothing, that's something": lol

I watched a trailer for Postal and the 'super secret surprise mystery bonus first scene' on Utube after seeing this vid - i can't believe how awful it looked. And coming from me that's a big thing - usually anything looks good to me in a trailer.
And somehow I have no respect for a film that advertises itself "Being banned from a cinema near you" then inevitably not being...

Awful? We must have seen different scenes.

Suicide Bomber: No! It's okay! We're going to Hawaii!

Job Interviewer: What is the difference between a duck?

Hillarious!

Michael Bay responded to my note about him, in a very responding way for me...

Would that be the note where you called him a retard, then?
