April 24th :: Uwe Boll: Decision 2008

Postby James » 24 Apr 2008, 19:49

Sorry guys, my laptop is not letting me export the podcast. And i have no idea why. I will do my best to get it up tonight and if not then tomorrow.

UPDATE!

So after reinstalling garage band that seems to have fixed whatever the dumb problem was. Enjoy your Podcast!

Yeah, James, it's true. I mean Graham did a video about his battle with it.

http://www.petitiononline.com/mod_perl/signed.cgi?RRH53888&1

My signature under a pseudo-pseudonym:

Code: Select all

224740.   Uwe Boll    I signed this MYSELF to show how you idiots will never get a million sigs!!! >: (

I wonder how many people will think that it was really him who signed it? I have doubts that this one will win, but I think it's at least worth a mention in th'cast.

Not used to being the first one to get a challenge in either.

My signature under my regular pseudonym.

Code: Select all

224753.      Unclever title    Cats are eating my ears! I own twenty golf! This haiku: full of stupid! But better than a Boll film.

EDIT:

Dang, your avatar made me think you were Graham for a second, it made your post kind of odd I thought, "What a funny thing for Graham to say..." I mean it was totally reasonable and possible, but it still seemed out of character. Well the thread makes sense now, at least for now...
My train of thought is more like a roller coaster that has loop de loops and no safety bars.

Mine is number 224767:

224767. Jaques Francois I do not agree that by signing this petition I disagree to don't not agree that Uwe Boll not not making more films is a not bad idea (keeping in mind it's opposite day)

Another great podcast guys.

http://www.PetitionOnline.com/mod_perl/ ... RRH53888&1

Im number 224792 which reads:

Bryan C. Knight (co-writer of Postal)

A Roman Caesar once claimed, "The time of art is nigh upon us-- OH S**T!!! barbarians ruining my empire!!!" Well Mr. Boll the empire is our movies and you are the barbarians ruining them

Aw, darn it. Unclever Title beat me to it.

Oh well, I have these:
224818.
224817.
224816.

Unfortunately one can't link straight to three signature, so here it is:

Code: Select all

Line 1    This is such a powerful signature,
Line 2    that it can span three whole lines,
Line 3  dwarfing all other signatures!

Edit: Dominic Appleguard's is HILARIOUS! If, by some off chance you would have me win, instead have him/her win.

Second Edit: Changing the reference to my second signature. Sorry about the Mix-up!

Yay, a podcast! The Timelords make another cameo mention.

Challenge entry!

Unfortunately, linking to the individual signature is impossible, so instead I will include a generic link

http://www.petitiononline.com/mod_perl/ ... RRH53888&1

and the text of my comments.

Code: Select all

224881.   Nikola Tesla    I am dismayed that my development of alternating current electric power is contributing to the frightening abominations that are your movies! I feel myself going mad at the very thought! I WILL USE MY DEATH RAY TO STOP YOU!

24887.   Thomas Alva Edison    Oh, shut up, Tesla! You see! You people are fools for choosing that man's dangerous AC power. Of course, Dr. Boll has not failed. He's just found 10,000 ways that won't work, and stuffed them into several terrible moving pictures.

224892.   Oscar Wilde    His movies are really not so ugly after all, provided, of course, that one shuts one's eyes, and does not look at them.

224902.   Salvador Dalí    Gatos, gatos, gatos. Hay una langosta encima de mi telephono.

Wow, I've never heard anyone pronounce chimera "shim-er-ah", I've always said "ky-mer-ah"... Does anyone know which is correct?
