I'll get it online in a while.
I guess it was just wishful thinking. I usually like to listen to the podcast on the train on the way to work. The only problem is that by the time I am usually able to access it, it's Friday evening.
Anyway, "Yay!" that it is coming.

Unless you work someplace where your work internet does more than just connect you to corporate. In which case...
I hate you.
Having my own website, I know what the issue is.
When you upload a file onto a website, it records the file directory, so that other parts of the website can refer to it as a kind of landmark system.
So if you upload from the base folder for the website, everything is spiffing because it all knows where everything else is. But if you, say, tried to copy the file over to the desktop of another computer and uploaded it, the website wouldn't have a clue where it is. I tried this idea once when I was having trouble updating.
So basically, even if he does have the Internet and even if he does have the files on hand, he can't upload them to the site from anywhere but the base folder for the website, which is undoubtably not at work, and so he can't update.
