Inside D&D 4th Edition
We are all pretty much big geeks, so our poking fun at D&D comes from a place of love. (where do you think we got all the stuff for the play session?)

Anybody here going to try 4E? I might, if I can get the money for the books, otherwise I'll just stick with D20 Modern.
In other news, I'm glad to see Matt getting a bigger part in things lately. He's been in, unless I miss my guess, six out of the ten latest videos.

Two questions:
Five of your last seven videos have been topical and all of those videos have quickly gained five digit figure views. Has LoadingReadyRun decided to intensionally make popular videos?
Has the quick tshirt ad been as effective as the longer ads?

We are all made of star dust. However we are also made of nuclear waste.
Remember to think before you post.

I have them preordered, and I've been a sneaky bastard and downloaded the three main books so I can read up before my own copies arrive.
Actually, I'm a big fan of fourth edition. More customization, and less metagaming concerns at the table (So it seems to me, I haven't actually played it yet, but the rules seem to be streamlined where they can be. Shooting against a reflex armor rather then a reflex save). Really looking forward to it.
That said, I did find the video hilarious. One, Two, Three, Four..
Must...get..mp3...
Is eternally grateful to Misty for this .gif

That was just too funny. I played D&D from AD&D 2nd to 3.5 until my DM moved 1,000 miles away. The ol' gaming group is gonna hear about this video.
The Snakes & Ladders reference was my favourite gag. It just came out of nowhere when I thought the video was over. And the song is infectious. I'm still humming it.
"Direction & Didactics approach." Very clever.
Overall quality in writing/performing has improved quite a bit this season. I commend & thank all LRR for the continuing good times.

SON OF A BITCH. Nice spot. I was wondering when I watched the video the first time, 'hmm...this shot doesn't really seem necessary...'
I'm not quite 'in' on all of the jokes, but this video did remarkably well for me when I take that into account.
Sometimes I really love not being involved in a video at all. Of course i had a chance to read the script and originally i was suppose to play the role Jeremy took over. But it's a lot of fun to be able to sit down at the computer on Monday and have no real clue as to what is about to happen. Great job guys! I loved the song that Tally sings, it was fantastic. And last i was in the loop with this video it still didn't have a ending, but I think what you guys went with was brilliant.

Stuffed Cthulhu! YAY!
Seriously, you may have just outgeeked yourselves this time. It was a great video and I laughed pretty hard.
"Can you tell me how to get,
How to get to Tu'narath Streeeeeet?"
Or maybe...
Paladin in the sky, I can cast twice as high
Take a look, in the new rule book - D and D Rainbow.
I can go anywhere!
My party goes, in tattered clothes - D and D Rainbow.
I can't see anything!
Not so obscene, it's the DM's screen - D and D Rainbow.
D and D Rainbow, D and D Rainbow, D and D Rainbow, D and D Rainbow!

"Ohh, I need a spankin', I'm a bad, bad girl."
"I'm a paladin with 18 charisma and 97 hit points, I can use my helm of disintegration and do 1D4 damage as my half-elf mage weilds his +5 holy avenger."
"Paladins can't use the helm of disintegration!"
"OH! Ok, then I'm a black guuuyyyy."

The hardest part of being me? The mustache.

The thing they are baking is a Gelatinous Cube, it's a monster from D&D.
