In Denmark vegetables are very much eat-able raw, without being washed.

Her hair is all slicked back to look like a sultry older version of herself from the future. Tho' they never really establish whether she is communicating from the future or just out waiting in the taxi.

However, that still doesn't explain why she's wearing a bathrobe.

This is one of the most ambitious plots I've seen you guys do...ever? You guys set the bar a step higher with this one.

Also, the jokes were brilliantly funny.

Furthermore, there was lots of mat. Squees ensued.

Well, of course it's by cross contamination, just as it is in meat-borne food poisoning. The meat itself doesn't make you sick (nor the fruitys), but the contaminating microorganisms and/or their toxins on the food.

What I meant to point out was that normally fruits and veggies aren't carrying the bacteria that causes various food-borne illnesses & food-borne sickness so they don't need to be cooked to kill them, only washed to ensure no cross contaminated bacteria is present, whereas most meats usually carry at least a small amount of bacteria and are therefore usually the cause of the cross contamination in the first place. Fun fact, most food poisoning occurs from incorrect cooling down of products, rather than not cooking them properly.

That's a really good point. I trust you won't mind if I repost?

I'm actually surprised they didn't dress up "older Kathleen" in something similar to this getup, just to pay tribute to how epic it is.

Did the time hat turn up while rocketing things up into space and you thought yep we have to use this in a video?

Also lol i didnt know the iphone had cross time and space apps out for it, it almost makes me want to buy one.
Keep up the good work!

This WASN't written by Kathleen? Zomg!

I love the subtle 'we don't do political comedy but we're going to rip off China anyway' bit!
I wasn't really getting it until the very end of the video, when it all came together - a bit like the one where Graham's ex is the automated phone-in thing. Some of your scripts can leave the dialogue too much in the hands of one person, in this case Kathleen; Matt's pizzasalad antics were a welcome difference. The paws really did it for me at the end though, very lol and also incredibly cute and fluffy for something so sinister...

Since her disposition towards bears is a form of racism, it is actually a form of facism so the first description is the most accurate (the "enemy" in socialism/kommunism is not defined by race but by belonging to a specific class (and the mindset created by upbringing in that class), stalinism is a dictatorship wich makes use of communist/socialist reasoning).

Thats half the fun of being a nerd...;)

regarding Kathleen on the iPhone monitor, i actually thought, she had died in the BearWars(TM) future and her mind had bneen saved into an computer, so what is seen here is an AI Simulation of her.

Jer is reading this right now and saying "YESSS!". According to jer that actually IS what happened. Kathleen is IN the iPhone, not broadcasting to it accross time and space. Upon being told this, the rest of the cast were all of the opinion that that didn't come through in the script at all, and we all thought she was just broadcasting to it from the future. Small victory for Jer, I guess.

I kinda figured that was the case, since if it wasn't "her" she wouldn't have said "I can't see, take me out sweety", she would probably have said "I can't see, take the iPhone out sweety".

Guess that means Bear Hunter Kathleen wasn't impervious to, well, bears.

Wow... just wow.

I spent all day without watching the video, took over an hour to download it (don't ask) but the wait was so damn worth it.

I support the notion of bear-related shwag at the noobstore... and would do so monetarily. It'll help us blend in with the ursine foe... uhh, somehow.

Well, they are impressionable, if it's pro-bear maybe they'll think we're allies.

True, but El Casa Del Pizza sounds funnier.

And besides, who said Canadian bears have mastered Spanish grammar? They're good, but they're not THAT good.

I loved this video. It seems to be setting up an epic showdown between the bears and Kathleen. I assume they will kidnap Graham when he finally decides to check out this "new" pizza place and blackmail Kathleen into getting him back. More than likely, the ensuing bloodbath leaves Kathleen's body so horribly mangled that the only way to save her is to transfer her mind into an iphone, thereby keeping her alive to plan further genius methods of bear extermination and/or rehabilitation.

My favorite part in this one was where Matt, after getting them to recognize his salad order, says "No, no pepperoni." That was great.

And what I meant to point out is that sometimes the bacteria can be present on the veggies, not from meat-to-veggie cross-contamination, but from the point of harvesting. I refer to the FDA's report on the spinach E. coli O157:H7 outbreak of late 2006;

http://www.fda.gov/oc/opacom/hottopics/spinach.html

There has been a long history of E. coli O157:H7 outbreaks involving leafy greens from the central California region.

Therefore occasionally, washing is insufficient to remove the infecting organism.

ANYWAYS, I was wondering who here knows how to make the gifs of chunks of the video, as I desperately want the scene of Graham and Matt's "I'm gonna go..." interaction.
AGAIN, great video, probably top five for me.
