Loading Time 03 - All The Little People
If it were any more behind the scenes, this video would be back in front.
Whatever that means.

Well, I'm surprised a towel worked so well for the window (and that we didn't get a blue glow from it), but whatever works! Have you guys considered getting some thick white or maybe gray fabric, just for that sort of situation? Or is it not a common enough problem to actually spend moneys on it.

Really good job, Tim. But it doesn't answer the real question... Is Matt really the best around, and can nothing ever keep him down?
If being the best around means you can wear a tiny house like a champion, the answer is clearly yes.

Graham's head and the microphone orbiting each other = rather amusing.
Of course, if the clerks at whatever store you're buying odd stuff at know that you're the LRR crew, it makes for a less interesting odd look experience, doesn't it? You should totally start hiring random goons to go out and buy awkward stuff.
AND FILM IT!

Make that two people would love a guided tour of Matt's primes!
Yeah, cell phone goes off and the chat window floods with "Phone!!!"
Very cool seeing the rehearsals and some of the cuts that didn't make it.

Well, I had to wait until the break period between my two ICT classes at college today, but I finally got to watch this video (My room has two computers, only one of which has sound, and that one runs on WiFi Internet).
Definitely worth the wait. Certainly I always enjoy getting an inside scoop on this stuff, but the repetitions of Matt's early lines was really fun to watch & listen to
Also, as I film in my room, which has a massive window right behind my desk (Seen to my right in the Memory Loss vidcasts), I'm fully aware how hard it is to not make it look like Zeus himself is standing next to the camera.

spartanhelmet wrote:One query about that... is it a "one-off per ep" style thing like the onef for Whatever Thing, or a slightly more permanent one?
I was thinking one-offs, but it depends on the quantity and quality of the submissions. There's only going to be about one Loading Time per month (PAX LTs notwithstanding), so that should be plenty of time for people to make a new intro before each video goes up.

Thank you!

Haha, good Loading Time, Tim. I thought it was funny that Bill, Morgann and Jer were at the Orbiting Moon Base hanging out, but not in the video, like they were hiding from work, responsibility, significant others, or something along those lines.
P.S. Matt, I'm Optimus Prime. Deal with it.

Heresy!
I never had a C64, but I acknowledge and believe that C64 music just makes anything epic.
Methinks cold opening intro LT clip, then into the current intro would be epic combination. Almost the way the Tshirt ads hit you suddenly, and leave you smiling while the vid starts.
I sure don't want to push such an idea if it's not in line with the powers that be (ie Tim) but it's what popped into my head, so I thought I'd share.

Sounds like a bonus video. Alternatively, an extremely lazy regular update.
With regard to the intro, I'm already pretty satisfied with the visual cue of taking the ellipsis from the LRR logo to mean just 'loading'. All that's missing, in my opinion, is some kind of visual indicating 'time'.
However, I don't have any software for making one, or any experience using that kind of software.
