I'm crying with laughter, it has made my night...until Hustle is put up. I noticed another folding joke like in Lost Planet, is that going to be a reoccurring joke?

"Graham and Paul do other funny video too every week at loadingreadyrun.com"
Pretty awkward way to say that...

But, awesome nonetheless.

Ahh, yes. The natural progress of LRR3K. I think you've hit your mark with this one.

The music was warbly in this video. Is it an audio problem or is the music just that off?

I've never played the game (thank goodness for my sanity's sake), and I think I found myself giggling more at the actual cutsene than anything. And Paul's narrator, of course. :D

I was just gonna say, we need silhouettes of you two. And some other, third, non-human narrator, to really capture the essence of MSC3000.

Other than that, great commentary.

"Mommy, why does the ocean have waves?"
"Because sweetie, they're mooned every night."

Brilliant. Very well done.

I hope this increases LRR traffic. I also hope the Escapist does a good job of promoting these vids. They're very funny. Also painful, a little bit. Urg. That was some bad, bad cutscene. I was praying for more riff, just so I wouldn't have to listen to that cutscene. D:

Well done guys, though now I see why Eternal Sonata makes people want to autoerotically asphyxiate on their own intestines. Christ that was annoying.

Awesome, just one question:

How many of these do you think there will be? A rough estimate is fine.

I'm sure you'll run out of boring game openings before long.

We're not limited to opening scenes specifically.
We are however committed for quite a while.

Sorry, bad question.

I meant to ask "How many different games do you think you are going to cover"?

Admittedly JRPGs are not my cup of tea but that intro wold in no way make me interested in the game.

I did not find it quite as funny as the first Unskipable mostly because of how boring the original cutscene was. More seem to happen in the Lost Planet one so you had more material to work with.

Watching that scene a bunch of times probably would send you into insanity, I suppose.

Ok how does the Eternal Sonata cut scene compare with the Halo 5 one?

So I'm sitting here, watching today's ZP, I see this extra bit at the end and I'm thinking "Man, that kinda sounds like Paul..."

Awesome video, I look forward to another weekly video to keep up with :D

Being a rare appearance in this forum, I thoroughly missed this until there was an ad for it at the end of the latest Zero Punctuation.

At which point I'm more or less sitting there, and the ad starts, and I blink and go "Hang on, that sounds like Paul's voice. And that also sounds like Paul's voice. And I'm almost certain that's Graham. When did they join Zero Punctuation?"

And then I figured it out and felt a little silly.

It's disturbingly telling how the mother used an innocent (if really retarded) question from her daughter to go off onto a rant about the evils of humanity.

^ This. (except I haven't seen the video itself, yet (see below))

I was watching Yahtzee's awards with the wife (the Escapist's site refuses to play videos on my compy :( ) and I saw "Unskippable" and thought "Saaaay, didn't I see something about that over on LRR's forums. Then my wife did a double-take when we heard the first overdub. :D

You guys rawk, as always - hope da ESC is plunkin' down some helpful paper for your awesome efforts!

(And in a brief tangent^1, I'd like to note that Wil's embedded CH4 in his blog; I think I'm having a geek-convergence overload ;) )

footnote:
1. c'mon, I wouldn't be me if I didn't a) make footnotes, 2) make tangential comments, and III) index a list badly....wait...
