Duck Duck Goose was pretty bad ass.

Any of the classic Sonic games

Consider this signature a museum piece, since I love it and am unlikely to change it ever.

Descent Freespace 2

I actually prefer the previous one myself, "Jumpin' Strings Kitty Katch".

So difficult for me to choose:

Offline (For me to actually become immersed in the game's world):

Final Fantasy VII & Ocarina of Time (These are tied first);
Star Wars TIE FIGHTER (Then the following X-Wing VS TIE games);
Mortal Kombat Series (The story felt real to me until they cocked it up when they moved into 3D);
Mass Effect (So much data to take in, I must have more data);
Dungeon Keeper & Deeper Dungeons.

Online:
Jedi Academy
Unreal Tournament 2004
C&C III/Kane's Wrath
(I don't play much online)

Ones that I'd still enjoy playing, even after beating them into the ground?

Disgaea (possibly Disgaea 3)
Super Metroid
Super Mario World (if you include the various hacks)
Banjo-Kazooie
Chrononauts

Runners up: Sonic 3 and Knuckles, Fluxx, anything Nippon Ichi touches
