Don't patronize me.
I've tried reading the Bible a few times, but I just couldn't get into it. The characters were very unbelievable and the dialogue was just way too cheesy for my tastes.
...I'm going to get punched but I'm actually being serious here, I'm not trying to be anti-religious though I realise it might look that way.
Actually it ends pretty epicly, it ends with Genocide. Poor Moroni, had to live out the end of his days as the last of the Nephites
I too am currently reading the Book of Mormon (I think this is my 4th time through or something like that) and I just finished reading Children of the Mind. I started New Moon yesterday (much to the dismay of my guy-friends and the rejoicing of my gal-friends) and like it so far, maybe more so then Twilight (yeah yeah yeah, I liked the book get over it) Next up on my to read list is World War Z and the rest of the Discworld books (I'm up to Pyramids)
