Did You Know Vin Desiel Plays WoW?

Postby Elomin Sha » 20 Mar 2009, 15:34

I didn't, until he spoke about it on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross today. He didn't mention what his level was but Ross' wife is level 80 and rides a spectral tiger. I should really get into the game.

Apparently He and Dame Judy Dench had some badass D&D sessions on the set of Chronicles of Riddick.

No, you shouldn't get into that game.

On topic, I know Diesel plays D&D, so WoW is only a stone's throw away.

I guess I should learn how to play DnD first then.

Also, George Fisher from Cannibal Corpse plays WoW, Brad Pitt, all the members of Chimaira, Herman Lee from DragonForce, Dave Chappelle, One of those emo's from My Chemical Romance, Jonathon Davis from KorN, Vin Diesel, Kate from Kate's Playground (18+), maybe a couple more that didn't come up in search results.

Famous people play WoW too.

I wouldn't find it surprising for any given person to be a WoW player. Most people with computer/internet access are.

Not quite, only around 11 million out of several hundred million so the word most wouldn't apply.

Most of the people I know play it.

Or used to, until they couldn't afford it any more.

And by "Couldn't afford," I mean "Ran out of food and couldn't pay their rent."

Jesus christ, you people piss me off.

If he wants to play wow, let him. It's a good game, there's no denying that. I play maybe 3 nights a week, probably the same amount of time you fucks spend jerking off to hentai.

We're doing nothing to stop him. Sounds like you're just a little touchy.

((And personally, hentai is gross.))

I know what you mean, I got that impression from so many people saying not to play it as well.

It's not like it consumes your life or is an absolutely horrible game. ,with the exception of the PvP, it's pretty fun, and there's a lot of different things you can do. I mainly play it for a something to do while I don't have any newer games to play or my buddies aren't around.
P.S. Don't be such a little bitch over a game.

Probably, as most of my friends also play DnD, and I'm trying to get away from it.

They're mostly Munchkins, anyway.(There is a reason I had a level 3 Droid in Star Wars D20 who had a +25 to his computer use...)

Exactly. This is the point I was trying to make. Every wow thread has the same people coming in saying "LIEK REELY... DONT PLAY WOW!~!!!".

Or just say "Oh, you could try it but the time commitment or grinding for levels/rep/gold might get to you. To play the game seriously and see all of the content is a definite time investment."

Or say WHY you don't like it.

I don't like WoW because there is no opportunity for a solo player and I much prefer soloing over having to form a party to get anything meaningful done.

Dame Judy rolls 20s.

It doesn't matter what class.
