I know that this is a flagrant necro, but I was messing around and doing a couple last night and this one was too awesome to keep to myself, just because I really dig the picture:

I quite like mine, especially the album name. I hope I don't sound boastful or anything, though. It'd be quite hard to be seeing as they're random. I've always really wanted to get into music when I' m older, so maybe I could use this game for my band's first album...

Drop Dead Sexy are a Indie band who write ironic and completely pretentious material which over-uses the acoustic guitar and has lyrics so bizarre that they stop making sense before the album even starts. Best described as 'Neutral Milk Hotel wannabes'. Will go far.

Image

Armine Nutting Gosling has the voice of an angel and in this, her thought proving first album; His own life story, she shows it off wonderfully with a brand new style of country music. Harnessing the soft strummings of an acoustic guitar combined with her beautifully enchanting voice, straight from the country, this really is a must by for all music lovers.

Image

To keep in touch is the debut album from the melodic death metal band Luchapt, fresh out of Sweden with guitars so distorted they make your ears bleed just thinking about them. This explores some of the darkest places in the human psyche and will chill you to the bone with some haunting lyrics. Brilliantly changing pace and pitch this album will keep you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. Utterly unique and utterly astounding.

It's aliiiiiive!!

It's good to see more albums here, even after the LRRcast contest wrapped up.

Point of note: The title of this thread is "YOUR debut album." Remember that if you choose to include a description. You're a part of this band, what do you contribute? It makes the stories behind them that much better, which is my favourite part of this game.

moer!

Image

Ram Singh in an Indian rap artist from the slums of Mumbai. He has some damn fresh beats!

Image

Al Qa'qaa's grew up in the clubs of downtown Baghdad and have prodeuced thier own angry mix of good old rock and roll and rage fueled electronica

Image

'those that sang best' is the debut album from The Nostradamus Kid, a four piece from Manchester. They have produced a generic album which adds nothing to an already saturated indie rock scene. another insignificant floating turd in a river full of much larger floaters

re-edit: yay! bigger and photoshoped!

Three more, now with descriptions...

Image
Polish born Edgar Klaski is a Mashup artist working almost exclusively from video game soundtracks. His latest offering includes sounds from various science fiction titles, composed into eight tracks between 6 and eleven minutes in length.

Image
The Red House is not so much an artist as a free-to-all music studio run by lyricist and pianist David Hournball. Each album brings together an eclectic group of musicians resulting in a unique style that compliments Hournballs off the wall lyrics.

Image
Previously considered to be a mediocre soft rock/acoustic artist, Gord Thayer has broken out of this with his third album. applying a much faster style of acoustic guitar resembling flamenco and mixing it with haunting lyrics and visceral electronic backing Thayer has produced a truly unique sound.

I just want to note the first one is a Tydaan gunship made out of lego, and that is awesome
