Copy-paste-edited from my post in a recent thread:

Dresden Codak
Rice Boy (Completed) & Order of Tales (Ongoing)
Inverloch (Completed) & The Phoenix Requiem (Ongoing)
Lackadaisy
Dr. McNinja
Fey Winds
Jump Leads
Minus (Completed)
The Perry Bible Fellowship (On hiatus)
Pretty much anything by KC Green.

There are probably some I forgot - there are quite a number I follow with varying levels of commitment.

Long long list, but my all-time favourite one is called Remember. That is one awesome comic, you should all go check it out.

Things I both like and check regularly:

www.kagerou.org - Zombies, hallucination, demonic posession, talking foxes, and a haphazard epic quest. Maybe not fun for the whole family, unless it's a family that enjoys violence and strange fantasy critters.

www.metanoia.studiowhippingboy.com - Angels, demons, gay, computer geekery, and ass-kicking. Updates infrequently, but in multiple-page chunks.

www.goodbyechains.com - A communist and a bank robber trying not to kill each other, on the American frontier. Delightful biting humor and banter between the two.

http://beatonna.livejournal.com - History is funny again! So very, very funny.

www.drmcninja.com - Exactly what it says on the box. :D

www.wondermark.com - Victorian art mashups with unexpected and surprisingly well-chosen dialogue. You may not like all of them, but you'll definitely be amused by them.

www.kawaiinot.com - Cute things and their sinister ways. Or maybe they're just weird. Neat little four-panel comics.

I bet there are more things I could link here, but they either contain full nudity or I stopped reading them. Finished: Mac Hall, Grayling (WRYYYYYYY), Buddies On Away, Boy Meets Boy (ahahaha I was young then). Read through the archives, but wandered off at some point: Diesel Sweeties, 8-Bit Theater <3, Three Panel Soul (doesn't update a lot, but it is lovely), Something Positive (made me die a little inside), YU+ME, um... yeah I bet I'll remember a ton as soon as I post this. :P
