S.I.M.P.L.E. R.P.G.
Hello and welcome to Sillyman's Impossibly Magnificent Potential Loquacious Enigma Role Playing Game, or S.I.M.P.L.E. R.P.G. for short.
The rules are fairly simple... at first. [They may not seem simple, but they should lead to simple gameplay. However, as a Nomic-ish game, they can become more complicated.]
0. To join the game, simply state that you are joining.
1. State that you perform any Action, and it shall be done.
2. An Action may be Contested, by one of two means. Either a player may Counteract, or they may Argue.
3. You may Argue if you believe an Action is contradictory to Precedents or Actions that have been established. You may only Argue if you have not performed an Action since the Action you are Arguing against.
4. Upon Arguing, the current Judge shall decide whether or not the Argument is valid. If it is, the Action never happened and the Acting player receives one Demerit. If it is not, the Arguing player receives one Demerit and may not Argue against the same Action again. The Action may, however, be Argued against by another player.
5. A Counteraction is an Action in and of itself, and is treated as such, with the exception that it can contradict one and only one action. It must be obvious that it is doing so in order to have the desired effect. As an action, the Counteraction may itself be Counteracted or Argued against.
6. A player may, at any time, make a Motion. A Motion may Establish or Overthrow a Precedent, Elect a new Judge, Object to a Judge's decision, or Amend the rules. The Motion will then be voted on by statement of Agreement or Disagreement, unless the Judge rules it to be an invalid Motion or the player who proposed the Motion revokes it. The voting will end one week from the time the Motion is made.
7. To Establish or Overthrow a Precedent, a Motion must be Agreed to by a simple majority. A Precedent is a condition of some sorts upon the state of the "world". It may not affect any part of the game except the "world".
8. To Elect a Judge, a Motion must be Agreed to by a supermajority consisting of 2/3 of all players. A Judge may not rule an Election of a new Judge invalid, with the exception that a Judge must be a player.
9. To Object to a Judge's decision, a Motion must be Agreed to by a simple majority. The decision shall then be reversed. A Judge may not rule an Objection invalid.
10. To Amend the rules, a Motion must be Agreed to unanimously. An Amendment to the rules may enact, repeal, or amend any one rule. A Judge may not rule an Amendment completely invalid, only split it into amendments in order to ensure that one Amendment corresponds to one rule.
If the above confused you, all you really need to know is: Say that you do something and you do it unless someone calls into question the possibility of that action. Also, you can Motion to make changes to metaphysics. That's all.

Also, I don't think Sillyman's action was a counter-action, as it didn't result in my action not occurring. I was still masturbating, I just got arrested for it (which could only happen after I had started). ChiUnit4evr's would be though, as it prevented Sillyman from carrying through with the arrest.
