I'm gonna have just gotten back from Vancouver from Anime Evolution, so it all works in.

I hope shows don't go too late into the month/next month, I'm going camping with friends for several days before the new school year and would HATE to miss a bunch 'cause of it.

Hopefully it will be good enough that multiple viewings are required.

Oh fine.

Yes, LoadingReadyRun is doing a live sketch/variety show in the Fringe Festival in Victoria: LoadingReadyLIVE!
The dates are up above, in this thread.

For those who can't see it, which I'm assuming is most of you, we will be filming it and putting it on a DVD. So, yay!

Hey for 3+ years of video making awesomeness you should be able to charge for DVDs. More so if LRL really kicks ass. I will be buying them all......once the world gives me a job. *shakes fist at world*

loading ready live is going to be an hour and fifteen minutes of, by far, the best stuff we've ever done. we have put so much effort into it.

I am going to fight tooth and nail to see if I can make it over to the island for a day trip to one of the shows in September. After the shows do you guys think you will stick around and hang out and chat? because that would be sweet! also... if you sell your DVD's and some LLR t-shirts there... that would also be sweet!

(I am scared of buying things over the internet)

Staying back for awhile to sell merchandise is actually a great idea! It could sum up our discussion previously of having a way to sell it without using the net for locals. (We could maybe place in orders and pick 'em up on whichever date of LRL we may come on?)

Attention Vancouver folks:

Since I will be going over to see LRL for probably both weekends it's playing, I am thinking about organizing a car pool.

I can take 4 people with me. Basically we all meet downtown, ride to the ferry, go on the ferry, see the show, hang out overnight, go back the next day.

Pros:
Fast, social, efficient!
Kathleen's car has a really good stereo
With the ferry and gas split five ways, it should cost you, at most $25 to get there and back

Cons:
Kathleen's car has a REALLY loud stereo
Shared car mystery farts
I hope you like Muse!*

*You may bring your own CDs. You can use them to prop up your feet, or fashion into primitive throwing stars to chuck at seagulls and passers by.
HOLY SHIT GUYS! BEARS!

Okay. After listening to this, I am making a semi-rival Podcast, it's been in the making for the Yamaro Empire (Yes, I have an empire. It's bloody -grand.-) for like a few weeks. I just need the people do to it with. And Graham/Paul/Others. The only thing I'm ripping off is What We're Playing Now. I am -totally- going to plug you guys, etc etc. And I cannot wait for the recasting with better actors. However, you only need to sack Morgan.

Edit: Fuck, I'm only going to be able to make it to the first LRL showing, whine.

Edit II: Downhill Domination for PS2 is good. So things look like ass, you know what? If you play hard enough, and unlock enough swag, YOU GET TO RIDE A GOAT INSTEAD OF A BIKE.

Edit III: For the Brain Age players. Think, it's mostly japanese recognised voices. Try "Broo." I shit you not, this works.
No longer your barrel-rolling monkey.
