Re: Tucson or Bust
That was pretty awesome and it was fun figuring out which parts of the Desert Bus montage I actually saw live

AWESOME!! great singing andy! one problem though: that bus/desert was WAY too interesting looking to have any connection to desert bus...
Re: Tucson or Bust
Yeah that was pretty darn awesome. I'm going to have to watch it a couple more times just to pick up on all the stuff in the background. LOVE the style, the fanservice, all the facial expressions, everything. Great job guys!
I too am really looking forward to seeing the Desert Bus footage (don't worry, I can wait! =P), both for the memories and to catch up on what I missed.

This is amazing, guys! I love it!
All that editing must have drove you insane! But very much worth it!
Congratulations on another outrageously successful Desert Bus for Hope!

Woooo ^_^ I am blown away. This was such a creative video, it made my jaw drop a bit. The song is so cute, I must say Andy has quite a knack for song writing. I was mostly impressed by all the effort that must have gone into the video editing. The bobblehead effect is so clever. And if I have to pick I'd say that the "Catgirl Coffee" was probably my favorite injoke inclusion. So funny. You guys are always challenging yourselves one step further. YAY!

Re: Tucson or Bust
Okay Graham, I see what you mean now by the green screen work being roughly a third of the work in post. Still, awesome freakin job guys.
Also, on a side note, I loved the Desert Bus montage, mainly because it was nice to actually see some of those moments crystal clear and not in "Blur-O-Vision" like during the UStream broadcast. Can't wait to see more ^^
EDIT: And Andy, while your here, con them into letting you sing more often!

Re: Tucson or Bust
That is just pure, distilled brilliance. It's brought back all the crazy-happy Desert Bus feelings. I'm smiling all over the place.
And I agree with other people, seeing the bussing in HD is like some kind of revelation.
Epic work, guys.

So much win! A great way to showcase the completion of such a successful Desert Bus! So many little details, I'll have to watch it again.
Once again, well done Andy! *applause*

Re: Tucson or Bust
WOW! This video is full of win. Seeing it definitely brightened-up my wait in an airport on this dreary day in Northern Kentucky.
Re: Tucson or Bust
You guys weren't lying when you said it'd be worth the wait.

Re: Tucson or Bust
I would totally buy my coffee from Catgirl Coffee.
I kinda wanna know how that was done.
Were heads filmed separately from bodies with a greenscreen separator?
Based on the audio issues in the video, I'm assuming Andy synced the song to a pre-recorded track for the headshots, am I right in assuming that?
Where were the vocals recorded?
Where/from whom did you get the music? Was that more Bradley Rains?
Should I just shut the bus up and wait for the podcast? (probably)

It's the third I'm I've seen it and I keep finding cool little extra things in the background that I missed.
And while I think you probably figured this out I think the sync issue comes from the change between the desert bus footage back too the animation because it is completely fine before hand but once it switches back to Andy it is off.

Hehehe, fun video. Even though I'm a newcomer to LLR, I recognized some of the references, which is fun.

I would assume it was from Andy since it says "Writing & Music: Andrew Cownden". We know he can play piano and I would not be all that surprised if he could play the harmonica. Frankly I wouldn't be that surprised if he could play an accordion with his feet.
