Frozen Assets

Postby Graham » 29 Dec 2009, 02:39

I think we secretly all wish that cryogenics worked like this.
Or, at least, like it does in Futurama wherein there don't appear to be any lasting consequences.

Hehe, great video. But is this going to be the last video before you move to the escapist?

I must make it known quite clearly.. Graham's British side is totally awesome. You could easily be an epic voice actor, with the range of the talents and such.

Also, go cryogenic freezing~!.. Please remind me never to let Morgan and Paul look after my shares, nor let Graham anywhere near a cryogenics lab. kthx<3.

Although.. The White Dragon does sound awesome... Wait. Wight Dragon? o.O OH GOD HE'S SKELETOR!

That was quite honestly the perfect way to set someone up for instant imprisonment right after being thawed. LRR, the geniuses of the now-times to the future-days.

How did you know what I was planning to do. Now I'll have to think of a new plan.

Great video, thoroughly enjoyable.

They're not moving to The Escapist, they're just making videos for them. Like helping a friend out while still going to your own job. Except your friend is an internet site and not so much helping as being paid to have fun.

Sort of.

The bit with the "add-on chart" made me giggle, but the reveal at the end was priceless (no pun intended). White Dragon; ha ha ha :D

Really, really great, guys. Particularly the smooth way Paul and Morgan revealed all the ups and downs.

A lovely alternative version of H.G. Wells' When The Sleeper Wakes.

So Paul and Morgan invested Graham's money is every economic wrong move of the last couple decades, and then cocaine.
1. Have money
2. Make poor decisions
3. ????
4. Profit!

Good point! Well, now we know what the missing step is. And I, for one, welcome our new cocaine-dealing overLRRds.

I was hoping the video would be about literally frozen assets, like ice sculptures, but cocaine is a nice alternative.

Multiple laugh out loud moments. I really enjoyed this one. I think Graham's character nails the sort of person who would actually do something like this. I wonder, is it a North American sketch comedy trope that rich people are British?

Also, Matt's reactions to the investments are priceless.

American high-society types often employ a faux-british accent. Someone from PA should know this better than anyone.
