Job Hunt

Postby Graham » 22 Sep 2006, 12:56

Another G&K Special Delivery from this weekend, featuring our friends Mike "Dry Delivery" Whitaker and Adam "Walk-on" Hancock.
AND more music from Nate "Awesomeness" Dorr, our new best friend. (original music ftw!)

Hope people weren't actually hoping for the video on Klingon... cause you're probably not getting not one.

Another brilliant job, although I notice there's no size (MB) and when I tried to download the vid, it gave me an error that the file was not found.

Thanks, guys.

There should be a file there now. Oops.
The - MB filesize is because we don't actually know how big the Flash file is...

When Kathleen jumped down and started chasing after Mike it made me think of Resident Evil or maybe Tomb Raider for some reason. :P

Not too shabby guys.

I especially liked the way Mike said "Smoooth Playa".

I miss the end credits, though.

Was that a typo, or were you suggesting that there may be a Klingon video in the future?

In all likelyhood it won't happen, but never say never.

I looked up a klingon translator online. Apparently the word "never" doesn't exist in kilngon. So I guess if you're klingon you can't say "never".

I'm sure you know this, but Graham did put the credits on the page itself :).

That is some pretty fancy walking.

If I may ask, what's with the two fridges?

Wow, we were taking bets on whether or not anyone would notice.

Very good, and yet another video that Graham had more or less nothing to do with? Other than it being on loadingreadyrun.

Aside from writing and shooting the thing, yes, Graham had nothing to do with it.

good stuff good stuff.

The music was really fitting. Plus we all now have an expanded vocabulary. I hadto be sure to listen closely to catch every word, haha. And the walking was halarious....

But I miss the closing credits too :(

Well, if the credits were more easily accessible, everyone would know this already.

And a friend of mine watched this and insists that there's a certain cadence or something in the way people speak in a LRR video that is recognizable. I have to agree with her, though I haven't yet put my finger on just what it is.

Hey, it's Andy...

Hope you know you were at the signing of the Declaration of independance... just FYI.

See now, I was told I need to help people actualize their self-sectratary... in office supplies form...

that was neither funny nor sense making.

I think my favorite part was the whole "Who or what is not thinking?!"

The actual best part of that script never made it to film. The stage direction for the first fancy walking scene was "WALKS FANCY", which everyone found endlessly hilarious.

Genius. :D

And the after-party of the Declaration of Independance was insane. John Handcock got so drunk he streaked naked across Jefferson's lawn. Betsy Ross gave Ben Franklin a hicky that lasted for weeks. And then Benedict Arnold showed up and made things really awkward for everybody. Man that guy's an ass ...

... being Canadian, I wonder if I should know this much about figures in American history right off the top of my head ...
