Re: The Job
Pretty funny. I thought the "I could have just moved that with my mind" bit should just have been left out. Either way it was all really funny and I liked the credits.

Re: The Job
Good first video for the Escapist. Gave a bit of an introduction for those who don't know about the 1337 skillz of all the LRR crew (minus Bill and Morgan). Lack of HD will sadden me though. James' title was my favorite, and he clearly attended the school of dictatorial improvement.
Is it safe?

Too many funny and awesome things to list briefly in this one, an excellent first impression and great job to Graham for the superb editing and effects!

H..How could you -not- have that final line in there? It's part of the whole joke! It was said in Jer's "bio" that he could use his mind with Tae-Kwon-Jut-Do.
I also cringed a little when Graham saluted with his left hand.. Me spending 7-ish years in the Australian Air Force Cadets and all.. RIGHT hand, good sir, RIGHT HAND.

Tim's intro was my favorite. Love the eye patch

Great job. Solid ending. I actually did not see where you were going with it, and lol'ed quite a bit. It's a strange fact that despite my having watched pretty much every LRR video available you still tend to surprise me for some reason.
Kudos to Bradley Rains, as well.

Great video, I have to say Tim looked pretty badass fighting with the cane and katana. Where was Morgan and Bill though? I really wanted to know a back story for Morgan.
On a completely unrelated note: His_Ryanness... I read your signature and couldn't stop laughing. kudos to the cleverness of it.

Re: The Job
I really liked the crew introductions; they could have been stale and forced, but they were full of silly jokes with a layer of in jokes to add to the funnies. James being from the former Soviet East Canada, the phone switching and 67th coup in 4 years were probably my favorite. Overall, I think this was a fun way to introduce new people to LRR.
Will we get a bonus video introducing Morgan and Bill? Or can we have a podcast challenge to write intros for them?

Re: The Job
This video was great, it's exactly the type of humor I think LRR does best. I loved the introductions and was so drawn in by them I really wasn't expecting the 'move the couch' punchline, so I guess that worked pefectly. Tim's intro was my favorite, I'm just a sucker for ridiculous backstories. I wouldn't change a thing in this video, great job.

Re: The Job
As usual, the quality of LRR videos continues to improve, much to my amazement. I really enjoyed this video; from the acting to the editing, everything was top notch. And although the punchline was somewhat predictable (insofar that the job Paul referred to was not nearly as big a deal as it seemed), I still laughed at the execution.
All around good show, guys.

Epic music + great performances + Tim's eyepatch = WIN.
I'm a little sad about the dip in streaming quality, but I was so drawn in by the video I didn't really notice until a few viewings in

A great way to introduce the crew to the Escapist. The slow motion hall walk was EPIC.
Also, now I must wonder; is Tim the Twelfth Doctor?

As in, chimney sweeps? Are you telling me the crew have sold them both into Victorian child labour to make extra mad monies?
It all makes sense now...

Re: The Job
Bill and Morgan could have lifted the couch between the two of them but they were too busy playing DOTA.

HOLY SHIT GUYS! BEARS!
Re: The Job
Watching it again, I think one reason the couch was so heavy was that Tim was using one hand to hold his cane instead of to lift..
Criminy, man! Isn't the eyepatch awesome enough? Must you constantly cane wield as well?
I feel like that would leave a lot of the escapist commenters very conflicted before their heads asploded.

Great intro vid for those who haven't seen it. Fun little video and great back stories.
Also, wonderful job making Tim and Matt not look like test tube twins.

Re: The Job
Very well done, great way to introduce people to the gang.
The opening title did somehow feel a little empty with out the www. .com bit in there but I'll get used to it.
Also the credits felt a tad long but really I'm nit-picking now and can't wait to see more LRR in this format.
Also at the end how did Tim manage to spectacular manage to trip someone in front of him then fall over backwards?

I figured James knocked him backwards.
