Yeast fart is co2...

Also, for sanitation reasons, metal and plastic utensils should be used, but this is probally more from my use of bread yeasts, which is brewing, wood is impossible to properly sanitize and will always impart bacteria into your brewing...

Man, I used to have a sourdough starter going... until it got moldy. Good stuff, though. And I don't think you really need to bake every ten days, just feed it.

any complaints that I might have about this phailhaus are countered by the fact that you guys have just been splurging content recently.

I do like that this was basically the anti-man cooking, not in that it was womanly, more that it looked like you were about to fall asleep in the middle of it.

During the substitutions part, it sounded less like bread and more like a fruit smoothie with yeast. That doesn't sound very good.

But cheers for the return of Phailhaüs. I'd been wondering if it wold return. (Yes, that was what I was sounded like.)

This sounds creepy, but I lack the ability to care.

Graham's sweater was purchased from a Gap store!

How do I know?
I unpacked them from boxes, unwrapped the plastic they came in, sized a giant pile of them, and put them on a bakers rack.
From there, they went to a table at the front of the store, in a pile of 8-10, the rest being stored in the little shelfy thing under the table. And then I continued to fold them and keep them organised until they sold out during the Christmas season.

That particular sweater may not have come from the store I work at, but that's how I know what store the sweater was bought at. I could probably even price it within 5 dollars.
(I work at gap, in case you were wondering.)

I also noticed in another video (possibly the green job) that someone was wearing another Gap sweater. From the same program (group) of sweater. I also unpacked from boxes, de-plasticed, etc with those as well.

hey, I know my products, I am a good little night-time store elf.

We need a new recipe every 10 days!
Applesauce and dark chocolate sounds om nom. Does the chocolate spread through the bread while it's cooking, or does it stay in lovely little surprise bundles to be happened upon whilst eating?
I think I may have to get some of this...

As someone else who fled the woodwork room and sought the warm comfort of Food Technology (formerly Introduction to Cookery and Housewifery), this is joyful to me. Though, I'm a girl, so I don't know if they'd have even let me do woodwork if I'd wanted to :P

Great variation on a Phailhaus theme!

Also, does this mean that manliness is in direct proportion to rageliness?

I enjoyed this one a lot. I hope that your floor was clean before the ManCooking section commenced. Also, good on Graham on the, shall we say, SWIFT smackdown of Alex's suggested add-in?

I will refer you to the podcast for "wakey wakey" in which Graham explicitly states that he and Alex are roommates in the Starks' old house until it is sold/Graham finds a new place to live.

I have the slightest suspicion that if you didn't bake some every ten days it'd grow out of control soon enough.

On the other hand, baking at the five day point may well be the way to stop the baking cycle.

Edit: Ah yes, how could I forget? I don't really want any, but would you give out some starter if people asked for it?
