That place is still around?

I remember it being funny when I was, like... twelve.

Woah, Newgrounds was the shit for me when I was like ten~thirteen. Before I discovered Animeforum and Gaia. And wanted to be an animator. And did IRC a lot.

Good on it that it's still running, though.

True Foamy was awesome but when I was 14-15. I don't think I could take more than ten minutes of him now.

I am disappoint.

Here is a fairly new forumit who seems to be a fan of LRR, trying only to spread the fandom, and no one has anything positive to say, instead just tossing out sarcasm like it was fashionable.

Very disappoint.

I'm almost tempted to go find Orgasm Girl and see if I still remember how to do it without looking it up.

Oh, c'mon. Threads being derailed with sarcasm is just how these here forums go. We'd be setting him up for failure if we led him to believe otherwise just because he's new.

Because of Foamy when I walked into a Starkbucks for the first time I was having trouble asking for a drink. Giggling too much. I approve of the getting more fans to LRR this way. I think more people should go to other Forums and make a Runner contingent there. But that's my opinion.

Yeah, NG is turning shit, and all the good old flash have gone stale, but there are still shining beacons of glory coming out of that place. Some of the stuff posted on the music portal is absolutely incredible. To dismiss all of that for the sake of large portions being rubbish is arrogant and foolish.

But then I don't mind wading through knee high guano, looking for gold...

I don't think I've ever been to Newgrounds. Also it was at least 5 years or so between first hearing of Newgrounds and finding out that their office was located in my town.

Random complaint about that: FM Radio doesn't have an inherent wavelength, it's a mode of transmission, not a frequency. However, if we assume they mean FM Broadcast, which they obviously do, they have the wavelength wrong. FM Broadcast is centered at 100MHz, which corresponds to a wavelength of about 3 meters. A 1-meter wavelength signal has a frequency of 300MHz.

I kind of miss gaia online. I knod of want to go se what it has devolved into. Any one think we should send a task force there to recruit new people?

Chances are the people we don't want, won't like the videos and will leave. The good'uns will stay. I mean, after all a lot of us were probably gaians at one point, just trying to find that intellectual forum we needed.
