Phone calls in public places have a way of getting weird.

Very nice. Quite easy to call from the preview pic. Here's the Crossed Lines video I mentioned. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wlyps0bAczM

Ah, the classic "interlinking" conversations. Or something like that. I like this take on that idea. I spent the first minute or so trying to guess what the other side of the line was saying, but then I gave up. I also like Graham's delivery of "Damnit!" Hilarious.

I loved the stinger, too. I always hated it when movies or shows would just stay on the line when they could just, you know, hang up.

Edit: It did drag a little bit, but it wasn't enough to detract from the funny.

I've strangely been in situations like this, especially in train stations. This was way funnier than the conversations seemingly taking place there though :P

Oddly unpopulated for a public place. Which is probably for the best, "dick-smacker"?

Very two ronnies-esque.

Great job guys, this kind of stuff always makes me giggle and it's clear evidence of clever writing.

Reminds me of Eyewitness Accounts, though I wouldn't rank it quite that high, it was still extremely funny in its own right. Good job guys.

Haha funny, I hate it when people talk so loudly that everyone hears them. This is typically bad on public transit.
I think someone (Matt or Graham) should have had the bluetooth ear piece and faced each other while talking.

Kathleen in particular did some damn fine acting in this one. Last few months she has come on in leaps and bounds! Also, kudos to Tim on editing this one. [general applause]

This video really showcased Graham's writing. Two interlocking conversation would be hard enough to do, never mind three. Definately up there with Paper Boy for the script.

The editing was sharp and allowed the video to progress at a nice pace.

LRR has delivered yet again, matching (or possibly exceeding) expectation. A massive thumps up from me.

Yeah the whole concept was very similar to Eyewitness Accounts. Or at least the funny comes from a very similar place I feel.

Still I enjoyed the video. Not as visually interesting as some of your more recent videos either, but then again how much production can you put into three people on phones?

I half expected Graham to turn to Kathleen and say "But your mom's not coming into my apartment." at the end.

Well done.

Yeah I genuinely expected it to turn out that they actually were talking to eachother somehow. Even though that would make no sense at all.

This video was quite funny indeed.

Points of compliment go to the writing. I can tell that a lot of work went in to making a script that worked on two different levels, and it shows, so well done. Also, the shooting was well done. For a video of three people barely moving save for a brief entrance or exit, the cuts to different camera angles were absolutely necessary for the momentum of the skit.

Despite that, the stinger with Matt at the end was probably the best part.
Just call me Dylan. It's easier to pronounce.

This is weired. 3 schizophrenic persons talking to the voices in their head while holding portable computers to their heads. (were those Newtons?)
And overall the conversation makes sense.

Well, that was awesome. Pretty much what everyone else has said, seconded. +1 to everyone involved.

Also, the thread for this on the Escapist is proof that all Escapees have suffered serious head trauma >_<
