It's an old video that LRR did. Almost nobody has seen it, and the crew aims to keep it that way. What we do know is that it's a notoriously bad Star Trek parody featuring cows. They auctioned off a copy at Desert Bus 3.

I think you need to read a bit more carefully, Master Gunner. Star Bull was made in 1999, and LRR launched is 2003; therefore, Star Bull is four years 'pre-LRR'. See?
