In the vein of 'what can they make that is more manly?', in Australia we have many fine and interesting native animals.
And we eat them.
WE EAT ALL OF THEM.
I therefore suggest a Man Cooking where you eat a national beast. A moose, perhaps?

I'd say that this is a rather manly meal.

What in the goddamned net have you done? I think some people's hearts stopped just from their looking at that picture.

And how many MAN-hours did it take to eat that? (For reference, one MAN-hour is equal to 10 man-hours.)

Umm... that picture has been posted, multiple times, in the Iron Stomach thread. It's not new. How are you surprised?

I'm going to take a wild guess here - and maybe I'm just crazy - but I assume he's surprised because he didn't read the Iron Stomach thread and thus hasn't seen the picture?

Yes, I'm so sorry, Mr. I-have-over-1000-posts. How could I have been so ignorant? Making a comment on the picture in this thread was way out of line; I should have read through all of the other thread, even though I don't find it interesting.

Silly me.

OK, try it one more time, Ottoman, but this time with feeling... I didn't really hear the sarcasm come through enough...

Sorry. :P

That said, was this something someone here (Constantine?) made, or is it just some pics from the internets?

Just some pics from the internets as far as I know, I think a link to the original site was posted once (probably was thisiswhyyourefat.com though).

When I saw this thread re-emerge I thought "Why did Tim necro-bump this?" but then I saw the awesome. How did it taste?

P.S. I know Tim didn't bump the thread, but it looked like it when I saw that his was the most recent post

I have a minor suggestion for the next man cooking, which requires no cooking at all. Yesterday I went to my local McDonalds after watching Gigantor. I was obviously really craving a manly burger but was being lazy about it. Therefore I spent $29.37 on a custom double big mac burger meal. Because laziness and procrastination are manly I would like to see what the chef of man cooking can do at his McDonalds before they simply decline.
HAAAAHHH Manly burger!

Best Man Cooking intro ever! And as ever, some great lines on the subject of manliness. Though I think some are recycled from previous Man Cookings - is that to introduce Escapees to the concept, or pure laziness on Morgan's part?

That would be a good sheer stupidity see how stupid an order you can actually make without being refused. Might be a bit to similar to kathleens chicken dicken though

the more I watch these the more I feel someone needs to get Morgan a show on the food network, or a very weird restaurant.

It was a good episode and idea about the tips for the man if he wants to cook. This might help many who need to know some official recommendation for cooking. This one shows the process of good man in cooking.

*checks notes*

HAAAAAAAAARGH! Joining forums is MANLY! (I'm not quite so sure about thread necromancy, though.

Given that Manliness is in direct proportion to Largeliness, I've actually been thinking of throwing a few suggestions around for ideas for MAN-COOKING!

(And this seemed like the best place to do it, if it's going to be an Escapist thing, as opposed to a side skit for LRR.

I found this on the BBC, and thought about how to make it MANLIER!

http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/3925 ... ed-chicken

Obviously chicken is just not big, and therefore not MANLY enough. Scale it up to use TURKEY!!!

This would probably be done by cooking a turkey crown, slicing off both breasts. (Liking breasts is MANLY!) Slice up the goat's cheese and fill the middle of the breasts with the cheese (Double entendres are manly, too!)

I also thought there could be a reprise of bacon weaving in order to create a suitably MANLY bacon wrap.

Obviously there's a lack of chili, garlic and whatnot, although there is seasoning (I mean SEASONING!) but I'm sure it can be thrown in there somewhere...

Oh. Wow.

I can truly say that I love all your Man-Cooking episodes, and I have to ask - can I get these recipes? I would LOVE to make all these delicious meals sometime, even if I might die from the intense amounts of grease. But that's MANLY, right? XD

Very well played, gentlemen. I await another Man Cooking session. <3
