Are you saying that we are in danger? Andy's larvae have been laid inside of Jer so that in a weeks time, during shooting the next video, they will burst out of his chest in a horrific display of blood and entrails?

I could have *SWORN* it was 'I like fudge.'

Yes. Also from the Looney Tunes sketch where the construction guy finds the singing frog in the cornerstone of a building that he is demolishing, and tries to make money from the fact that he has a singing frog.
"I swear it," said the other mother. "I swear it on my own mother's grave."

"Does she have a grave?" asked Coraline.

"Oh yes," said the other mother. "I put her in there myself. And when I found her trying to crawl out, I put her back."

The Spaceballs bit is referencing Looney Tunes.

Yes, but the Looney Tunes episode in question doesn't involve a chestburster exploding out of someone's gut. However, both involve hats and canes, and lots of dancing, so it seems appropriate that the idea of Andy's larvae should induce thoughts of Spaceballs in me.

I am sorry to steal you all away from the tittilating larvae conversation, but I wanted to say that I was really impressed with this video. It takes guts and skill to do a one take video, and it takes a lot MORE guts to film an entire video with no props. And even MORE to film a video with no speaking! It takes talented actors to hold that up, and Graham and Andy lived up to it! Congratulations on a mime well done.

Is there anything Andy CAN'T do?

Ah, but how many takes did it take to finally get that one take video?

And given that Andy's theater skills are so practiced and polished, I think Graham's accomplishment in this video is actually the greater one.

I read the top of the third page here, and was like, "Hey, how'd they get on the subject of larve?"

So I went back to the second page, and Melendwyr, you win the award for fastest tangent creator. :)

You make a good point. I think we should field that question to Graham.

Graham, same question!

I can answer that. That was our only take.

But when you consider theatre (where EVERYTHING is "one take"), it's not difficult, unless you have the camera doing complicating things, of course.

Thanks to everyone for the marvelous and highly embarrassing compliments. I'm so glad people are enjoying it. :D

Here's a better question. How long did you guys rehearse? And how much of it did you end up winging on camera?
I know that when I'm on stage, I paraphrase like half of my lines, just because I know what's supposed to be said, but don't remember the exact words. I was wondering if the same sort of concept applies while..miming.

Yay for having a computer and being able to watch these again.

Nice job. I love sound effects. Did you get the idea from Andy's excellent mime skills or did you want a video where you could use tons of sound effects?

Our school assignment was "a music video or a video wherein the sound is the key." So I though we should do something a little different.

And after I thought of the idea, I instantly thought of Andy. Really, who else?

I was going to comment: "Th-th-th-th-th-that's all, folks!" But it looks like someone beat me to the Warner Bros. reference.

It's a good, straight-up comedy routine. No cyberculture, gaming references, or inflated condoms. Just some people being badass. More please. :-)

That video is beyond awesome! You have no idea the amount of ROFLing I did when the mime-puppy got punted... it really should be illegal to laugh that hard from something imaginary.

Graham bringing out the lightsaber, and being balls'd (yet again) were my favorite parts. Andy's dancing at the end just blew my mind.

Major kudos, guys. SRSLY.

I'm not one for thread necromancy, but I just have to ask what that music playing at 5:25 is. I know I've heard it before, but I can't place it for the life of me.
