I would imagine that would make using a forum difficult.
I need to Down Under by Bill Bryson and move on to something that does not involve globular clusters which I read about enough at school.

I've recently read A scanner darkly by Philip K. Dick, and I'm reading, probably for the fourth or fifth time The left hand path by Tapio Kotkavuori.
What exactly was the point of this thread again?

Space Captain Smith by Toby Frost is what I *should* be reading seeing as Haberley lent me it about a month ago. Actually re-reading A Clockwork Orange at the moment, and recently finished re-reading Giovanni's Room by James Baldwin. Still got my special hardback of Lolita to read too.

Nothing new, I've re-read some David Sedaris stuff - When You Are Engulfed in Flames, Naked, and Me Talk Pretty One Day. I read a chapter of Julie/Julia, found it intolerale, skipped to the end, and read when her and her friends called Julia Child a bitch, and tossed it on the floor.
Re-reading My Life in France by Julia Child, which I absolutely love (as a francophile who fell in love with France five years ago).
Waiting on my friend to finish A Confederacy of Idiots because I really want to read it, and I am first in lone to borrow it.

The Ambassador's Mission by Trudi Canavan, a great sequel to The Black Magician Trilogy.

I've moved on from Anansi Boys to another Neil Gaiman book, Neverwhere. Croup and Vandemar for the fucking win.

Finding English books in a Portuguese speaking country is like finding a needle in a haystack, so I've been searching around on the internet and found some fan translations of a Japanese fantasy series that I love - The Twelve Kingdoms (Juuni Kokki). There are offial English versions being published, but I managed to find all but 2 books online and with better quality translations!
