Rocket for sure.
I'd take the die one as a second choice.

I think Starburst looks great, I would buy that (if I wasn't broke).

Rocket is my first choice but I could also go with starburst
We are all made of star dust. However we are also made of nuclear waste.

Starburst>Rocket>Die, but I'm hoping that, in the long one, each design ends up seeing a production run. All three of them are good enough to deserve it.

Re: T-Shirt Open Call Finalists Announced; Polls Open
I'm honestly completely torn.
I think the Starburst looks the best, as a striking graphical image, but it doesn't really have much meaning. However, it is probably the best of the three in retaining a clarity of the original logo while bringing an innovative twist (especially for the dark blue/light blue on black design).
The Rocket is probably the cleverest in design, with a discernible meaning (LRR is out of this world!!!). But, while very clever, it obscures the logo itself, and LRR isn't particularly known for its astronomical context. Or is it?
The Die is the closest in terms of choosing a subject matter that directly relates to LRR, and as a nerd icon it might sell the most shirts. But it's also the worst in terms of preserving the original logo: it's so dilute as to be almost nonexistent, and the image itself is not particularly striking.
THIS IS LIKE SOPHIE'S CHOICE OH SWEET FANCY MOSES WHAT DO I CHOOSE
I AM PUTTING A LOT OF THOUGHT INTO THIS OK

YES, BECAUSE WE'RE GOING TO MAKE IT INTO AN OSCAR WINNING MOVIE AFTERWARDS WITH MERYL STREEP PLAYING YOU WHILE WEARING A PROSTHETIC SCARF.
DITTO'S CHOICE - "FUUUUUUUUUUUCK."
Ok, that was all in fun. See that is why I shouldn't post here. Too weird.

Besides, Meryl Streep is flexible enough, she could probably make that movie, with her playing all the roles.

Starburst wins for the design itself, hands down, but WHY, oh WHY did you decide to put it at the bottom side hem?
I have never worn a shirt with designs at the bottom and I probably never will. If it gets moved to the center, I'll buy one muy rapido, but as it stands I'd never consider it.
Aside from that, my sentiments are ditto to Ditto's.

Personally the bottom orientation of the Starburst was a reason I picked it. *shrugs*

I'm fond of the positioning of the Starburst, because it takes focus off my boobs and (believe it or not) some girls don't always like folks staring at their chest under the pretense of "looking at [their] cool shirt."
(I have other t-shirts for those occasions.)

Anything else you'd like to falsely assume?
I'm fat. I don't want to draw attention to my gut with a t-shirt design there.

That's why she used the qualifier "some". Also, from the picture or two I've seen, I'd hardly call you fat.
I might like the Starburst pattern if it was over the shoulder instead, but as it stands, I'm not really a fan of any of the designs.

See, I LIKE starburst because it's not centred.
I own tons of shirts with centre'd witty comments and images.
I only own one at the moment that's off centre (For Pony Shirt from LFG) which I picked almost entirely BECAUSE it's off centre (the shirt was also of the super soft cotton variety, which I heart).

off center - great... bottom hem? lost in a tuck, or draws attention to my hips. Someone recommended a shoulder placement... that I could do.
