Docter Pepper is the best soda ever.

Postby Man In Black1612 » 09 Dec 2006, 20:04

i had the urge to say this because it is so true. tasty tasty goodness in a bottle. if you have spicy food and then drink soda most soda burns, but not Dr. Pepper! any other reasons ?

Coke for me....it's a requirement for my degree.
"I swear it," said the other mother. "I swear it on my own mother's grave."

"Does she have a grave?" asked Coraline.

"Oh yes," said the other mother. "I put her in there myself. And when I found her trying to crawl out, I put her back."

Dr Pepper, I agree, in it's many forms.

I prefer the Berries & Cream though, but the standard rocks

Most soda's suck when you're eating something spicy...I stick with Milk/Water.

I looove Dr. P though, and Pepsi, and Coke.

I've long since stopped drinking anything that doesn't say 'single malt' on the bottle, and it's done me a world of good.

Also, shit. I don't drink soda. I'm going to have to change my major.

Wait, what? You say soda's bad for you, yet you can't wait to drink alcohol.... wow.

Am I allowed to point out the contradictory in that statement, or is it too obvious?

Soda kills your bones
Alcohol kills your liver
Livers can be replaced.

I don't drink much pop, but if I do it's usually Cream Soda.

But the best pop ever invented in the whole world, that I would drink because I WANT to, is Guarana. Ohhh, how I miss thee...

Technically bones can be replaced as well. In a painful and not very pleasant surgery, I believe, but nonetheless...

Well, the harmfulness of Alcohol is documented and proven dozens of million times (and costs dozens of lives daily), whereas that of sodas has, as of yet, not been scientifically proven.
I myself love Coke, but I try to drink it not too often.
It has still LOTS of sugar in it ; )

Apart from that, I live Straight Edge, so alcohol is a big No-No for me.
Though it's probably all matter of dose.

I make sage tea. It's pleasantly warming and has no calories.

Ah yes, tea, of course.
But I though we were talking about unhealthy drinks ^^
I drink... 2 liters? ... of tea per day.
Minimum *g*

Dude, they check your recycling, for the computer science degree...if you don't have a sufficiently high percentage of Coke empties, they sit you in a room filled with Coke (in cans, obviously), and they don't let you out (or have your degree) until you have DRUNK IT ALL.
I have heard of computer science students dying from this. Get you drinking Coke, man!

I guess I'll have to die by drinking Coke, or pepsi just to prove you wrong.
