I can't get past 1 minutes and 58 seconds for some reason (the whole video loads, but the video itself stops there and won't move on.), but from what I saw I thought it was great!

Extremely manly, indeed! 8D

Not bad at all, but for future reference, cut down on the background noise or echo, if you can. Makes it very hard to listen to.

Nice! My only complaints would be that you spelled preparation wrong, and that I, a girl, thought it looked delicious, so there's clearly something wrong :P

Maerarde - Yar!!!!!! cheers bud

Mad Madam Mimm - The background noise was both due to our sub par film equiptment (a small handheld digital camera) and a certain Harry in the background constantly playing MGMT. But thanks

Fayili - Real men can't spell and know how to cook both threatening and delicious meals.

I guess we use the word 'kebab' differently over here...

Also, don't say 'rub your meat' and then not follow through. Show me the money!

1.) Not at all what I picture a kebab to be... either the standard or manly version.

2.) I feel enlightened. Capsicum... huh? OH! It's a red bell pepper. duh.

The kebab is the meat-and-veg-grilled-on-a-stick part. It can be served with pita, rice, and/or salad. A donair is roasted meat, sliced, and served in a pita wrap with veggies and tsatziki.

Unleash the sausages!!!

Nice work for a first Man Cooking. I enjoyed this.

I presume you used the camera's built-in mic, which caught a lot of echo from the spacious kitchen. In future, to improve sound, a boom mic is a godsend but you can rig a poor-man's version with a lapel mic that has an adequate length of cord & suspend it above your chefs. LRR did this in their early days.

I was under the impression that the stick variant of kebab was a shish kebab.

I may be wrong.
