Atelier Rorona

We looked it up: "atelier" means "workshop". It didn't help us understand the game any better.

I really cannot tell the age of that girl/woman. She looks 9 in the 3D model and 16 in the 2D art.

Is Rorona voiced by Amy Rose's voice actress?

The question is, which is worse (or... more mockable): not seeing the door open, or seeing it open and just having nothing out there, like in that old Unskippable... [edit] Found it: Grandia III

I was cracking up so much all the way through this. Great episode. Maybe the giant purple rod in the middle attracts tourists? Huh, weird how some random passerby happened to know how to work the giant rod, what a coincidence, eh?

Hey, door animations are hard, you have to deal with circles and trigonometry and stuff...

But seriously, this and CHustle make one of the best Monday combos in a long time.

That must be why sci-fi sticks with sliding doors, much easier.

It is weird that this game looks like something I'd like to play? Reminds me of Dark Cloud in some ways.

PS, The Scooby Doo jokes: Win.

I called the Scooby Doo joke as soon as I saw the video name. The "Kneel before Zod," not so much. Anyway, great episode.

(What's wrong with talking to yourself when you're on your own? I do it all the time. Although I confess I don't narrate my life for the benefit of unseen listeners.)

I do. I also give them lectures and assign homework. Lazy brats never turn it in, though.
