01 - Tigers and Sheep

Postby Graham » 25 May 2011, 09:12

It's the first episode of Feed Dump, where the LRR Crew gives you news, and hats... (the hats weren't actually planned, it's just a very organic writing process...)

Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh no moar Phailhaus? Can i still know the Day of the Day?
Anyway, this looks and sounds just as fun as the previous incarnations and I am excited to assume that this means more regular doses. Though the name would be much better if it were the Pheed dump ^_^

My Wednesdays just got a whole lot better. Thank you!

Preferred the name Phailhaus, but not going to let that ruin a good thing.

The safety glasses came out of the "thermal imaging" guy... and then it just stayed there.

I share the weekly phailhaus joy.

But in my mind, I will constantly call this Pheed Dump.

Also, no more pics of the day? Shame, I have an awesome one...

This was great. Glad to see the spirit of The Phailhaus carried on.

Was very excited to see this, although I suspected a revamp of Phailhaus after you hinted at what you were filming.

I was worried because it felt kind of scripted at the begining, but the rest was a lot looser, it's definitely better when you guys just seem to be having fun, so if it stays that way I'm sold.

I don't know how you all handle this many quality shows (and some of you do it and a day job). Keep it up!

That.

Was.

GREAT! Haven't laughed that hard in quite a while!

I had mostly the same reaction as Mr. Longstringofletters above me. At first it felt like "Scripted Phailhaus," which I was ok with. But then the random hilarity started, and all was well.

I'm excited for this, in part because of the regular schedule, but also because it's quite funny. I like that you left some of the mistakes in. This format super polished just wouldn't feel the same.

Loving this idea. Wednesdays on the Escapist have been quite dull with only a ZP update and nothing else, but now you have changed that. That's right, LRR have fixed Wednesdays, and life will never be the same.

I love the random porn lines. Matt's "I'll take a dump on you." was too freaking funny.

Seriously, though, this is fantastic. Will there be different guests each week?

So... Sunday, I realized that there's a new LRR series (Checkpoint) I've been missing, filling the void since ENN ended. Today, after mourning the loss of Daily Drop, I decide to go on a random clicking spree through the Escapist, and happen upon Feed Dump, which I not only realize is made by LRR, but both fills the void left by Daily Drop, AND is pretty much just a weekly Phailhaüs, which fills another void.

You. Guys. Must. Not. Die.

It's not quite on the level of the best phailhaus episodes. Feels kinda like you were playing it safe because it will get a new audience. Still, getting Phailhaus/Whatever thing-esque videos on a regular basis is pretty sweet.
All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then wouldn't hurt.
