Justice is blind, and that's probably for the best. (Have you SEEN what they put in these games!?)

There's something suspicious about that Heather Blerd. She spells her name on Facebook differently from the way she spells it on Twitter.

Um, You have the California law wrong, it was games judged violent by a different set of rules, not games rated M by the ESRB, that would of been made illegal to sell to minors. Meaning if an T game would been declared violent by whoever in california was in charge of deciding things, it would of been illegal as well...

Infact that's the whole reason the industry came out against the law as it made their efforts to self control such things moot, and put them in the purview of government agencies.

If it had just been california adding even more backing to the ESRB's ratings, I doubt it would of ever been brought to court.

Funny as always, guys! Though the "Black-Eyed Peas Experience" jokes may have gone on just a little too long. Not enough to detract from the enjoyment, though.

What did bug me a bit was the glare off of Paul's right (house left) eyeglass lens. I don't know if it's entirely fixable given the lights you have access to, but please keep that in mind next time you have him do a segment. Thanks!

best part of the episode? the shot of the bridesmaid at will and kate's wedding with her hands over her ears cos she didn't like the noise, which is understandable if it's anything like black eyed peas.

Graham, why are you hitting on a senator in a PATV video?

To be fair, the fight was for the status quo. That said, I love Graham's quiet disbelief.

I feel obligated to point out that M-rated games are allowed in Australia; it's just R-rated games that aren't. But then, I've also been led to believe that the definitions of M and R vary between the US, Canada, and Australia, so it's hard to delve into comparisons.

Also, senatorial sex scandals involving Graham? I'd pay to see that.

An "M" rating under the Australian Classification board is roughly equivalent to the ESRB's "Teen" or the MPAA's PG-13 rating. The "R" rating in Australia is not suitable for those 15 and under, making it similar to the ESRB's "Mature" rating (17+) or MPAA's "R" rating (parental supervision required if under 18). As your R rating is the highest that can be given to games, content that would warrant a R18+ if it were on film under your system, which would generally fit under our Mature game rating in ours, cannot be classified in Australia, banning it. Which is rediculous.

We do also have the "in-between" rating "MA", which is basically "M, but more so" - M is "recommended for audiences 15 and older" (like The Sims games) and "MA" is "restricted to audiences 15 and older" (like... virtually all "mature" games that are released here, including a lot of games that would probably have been rated R if we had that).

It's basically a pain.

It felt like this episode was trying to be Feed Dump, with the Black Eyed Peas Experience run of jokes.

I like Feed Dump. But I also like Checkpoint... and I like them for different reasons. The sudden change in pacing for that section felt really jarring.

Otherwise the episode was good though :)

Bad times with the obscured Coming Up text in the stinger. Changing the text colour just this once might have been a good idea.

I liked the Warp Zone/Series of Tubes you used to depict the Internet... yeah, outside of reddit, it does seem to mostly be porn and cats. And there are often overlaps...

While this is all insightful and useful information... would HAVE! It's would HAVE! Not would of!

Also, I loved the Black Eyed Peas jokes. God, do I ever hate that band.
