We didn't even know you could measure an earspan, but there you are. Thanks Guiness!

Damn, that's quite a few hats. This bodes ill. Brighter note, Matt and vampires and not one over egged Twilight reference. Good times.

I have seen half a pig delivered to a driveway.
Yes. Freshly butchered half a pig.

That I can understand - a spitted pig roasting makes a hell of a centrepiece during a backyard party, and few things taste as good as pork straight off the pig. And the smell... oh god. I'm drooling. A whole cow, however, would be... cumbersome.

I wasn't really laughing too hard at first, but I actually laughed until tears came to my eyes at the vampire cruise portion. Immediately following up Matt's vampire impersonation with Graham's song was just unfair to my giggles.
Re: 16 - Two-Foot Earspan
The Vampire Cruise song was awesome.
Also, Edited by Kathleen... is that new? Or did I just never notice before? If it's new, nice job Kathleen!

Re: 16 - Two-Foot Earspan
Welcome to the post-Haturation world. Back again on Action 9 news, it's Jack Slack, reporting from my undergro-- hey! Naomi! Put down the throw pillow! Do not attack Jennifer, she's done nothing to you! Reporting from my underground bunker. With some guests.
I'm doing a broadcast here! Hello?
Well, as all models showed, the haturation has brought untold devastation onto the ticklish. I mean markets. (Dammit, Naomi. I'm really ticklish there so ... stop... just stop it. Don't give me those puppy-dog eyes. Let me finish the broadcast.) Let's look at the count by count.
As we can see everything is going down... (Jennifer! No, not there. Go into the other room if you're going to do that. It's what it's for.) Going down across the board with only one exception. The Hat Market reacted sharply away from its haturation point, down to a mere 21.43%. Prescription eyewear also contracted to 54.76%, and NPEW and Wigs both remained in the basement as consumer hat confident was really really silly looking. Do you realise how silly you look Naomi? Take that off your head.
Haturation levels are very hard down, and we're expecting them to stay down for a while after the haturation devastated the market. Let's take a look at how it should get off my bed. Seriously.
And with that, I'm JackSlack for action 9 news and yes, I'll go get you both some FOOD.
Oh, and no, I couldn't find any supermodels. Apparently they're all shacked up with superstar investor SilPho. But! I do have a pair of adorable new puppy dogs. So, that's awesome.
I'm out.

With Jer off CheckPoint duties, I'm back on them, and to avoid me going completely batty, Kathleen's taken up the Dump Reins™.

I assume the Dump Reins™ will be available on the store soon.
Also, I totally died laughing at Matt's cooing over the dog.

We are all made of star dust. However we are also made of nuclear waste.
Remember to think before you post.
Re: 16 - Two-Foot Earspan
The Simpsons was my first thought too, so that'd be a heck of a coincidence.
Re: 16 - Two-Foot Earspan
While we might complain about the level of corruption in our governments, it's by and large much more in the developing world. Some places are trying to improve, but Kathleen seems to act surprised that there's so much corruption in other places. (Yes, I know it's intended as a joke, but the joke didn't work for me because of this--the US (and Canada) haven't "fallen" behind, they were already far behind.)
For example, India has a long-standing culture of bribery that they're trying to get rid of--not just high-level bribes for special favors, but casual small bribes for everyday tasks that are supposed to be part of one's job. (Trying to get a driver's license? If you don't slip someone at the DMV some money, you might not get one.) It's to the point where some politicians are calling to legalize the giving of bribes (but not the receiving of them) so that people will have an incentive to rat out the government officials demanding them.

Wow, the combination of Graham saying "Puchuu" and Kathleen's Vamps on Ice almost killed me.
Where did you get the Puchuu hat from?

If I remember right, the Puchuu hat was donated at the LRR meetup at PAX Prime.
