I am the king under the mountain and I really wish there was a final fantasy game about crystal bears. Also that last line was awesome. That's a trifeca of fantastic videos from this LRRday. Well done team.

Something seemed a bit... off about the audio in this one. I'm not quite sure what it was. Could have just been my headphones.
That said, it was a very good Unskippable. A few months back I thought the show was starting to get less funny, but recently you've been proving me wrong. :)

Did it sounds a little bit like Paul and I were sitting on either side of you?
That was intentional. If it's too weird we can change it next week.

Trying out a new mic that does stereo, and thought we'd experiment a bit.

I like to think this was delayed because it literally confused the internet.
Did someone seriously produce that and think "Yes, this is what I wanted to make"?

I'm not sure if the new stereo-ness is something I don't like or just new and therefore seems weird, but I did enjoy the unskippable despite the nonsense cutscene.

Only 2 more months of bonus vids for Graham to catch up on and then maybe we can get another GPLP?

I loved the last line "Dear Sir, I must strongly disagree with your allegation that this is getting interesting."

I didn't even notice the audio difference. Can't tell you if that's a good or bad thing.

If this game is anything like Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (which I assume it would be), I would still like to play it. However, it probably isn't.

Same here. When he started with "Dear Sir", I thought we were going to go into a Monty Python'esque letter of complaint.

Yeah, now that you say that and I go back and watch again it seems obvious. :P By the end of the episode I wasn't noticing much any more, so I think given a bit of time it wouldn't be too distracting.

That pretty much sums up my thoughts. Most openings are able to set the scene and begin the story. Heck, even Sonic the Hedgehog managed to do that. I had absolutely no idea what was going on in this one.

What if they are bare Bering crystal bears, barely bearing crystals?
