I may have mentioned it before on some obscure topic. I will be studying acting at AADA starting Monday. However, New York is an ideal hunting ground for the FIF. There are so many opportunities for irresponsibility...

However, being in NY means that over spring break I may be able to make it up to PAX East, which would completely rule.

My Fiscal Responsibility Fairy made me write a list of all the things I need to pay/save when I'm paid tomorrow, which filled me with a sense of maturity and peace in my ability to plan.

My FIF however then immediately made me write a list of all the crap I don't need yet will doubtless go out and buy first rather than do the first list.

In a LRR inspired move to get back into MTG I grabbed a couple of packs of cards at my local Barnes & Nobles, but the FIF felt it was inappropriate to make a purchase in a bookstore that didn't involve a book. So I picked up a leather-bound, slip-cased edition of "The Hobbit".
I've got a thing for leather-bound, slip-cased and the FIF knows it.
