I was aiming for subtly broken. Yours wouldn't ever get anything but an UnSet.

The Legendary is there to make it a good EDH general.

Hum. Now that I look at it, I'm not that happy with it. Maybe I'll cut back on the mana generation, bump up the cost and make it even weaker when you bring it out instead of a land. I'll probably introduce a counter ability, just to keep it on the broken side.
