Now it's time to inhale some fumes.
Now to pop some balloons.
Time to prepare for utter doom.
time to party with some baboons.
I have nothing intelligent to say!

This one's a bit of a stretch but...

*hold up a pineapple* "let's have some pamplemousse"

Yeah, if I held up a pineapple I'd be saying, "Let's have some l'ananas!" just to confuse the issue.

I'd meant it as a reference to Bob the Angry Flower, but whatever works.

Could you maybe link to the strip in question?

Fun fact: I had fun with google translate one day and it seems pineapple is "ananas" or something close in almost all non-English languages (at least based on what I tried).

So if they bred a banana and a pineapple, would it be a bananananas?

This is another placeholder.

No, that's not a suggestion. "And now, a placeholder, which sounds nothing like the word 'news.'" :P

How long has "Maes Hughes" been in the list? I was not expecting to find that there. XD

Let's use the bathroom to cruise! (Hurray for self references and repetition)
Time to sprout blooms
91 degrees is obtuse
Phailhaus
Time to arrest the accused (too similar to another suggestion?)
Lets eat pork for the Jews
The answer is 42
And we're coming for you! (All present point at the camera with eerily blank expressions, stuffed crow optional)
And now a word from our sponsor...

Wait, why is Maes Hughes there but not Langston Hughes?!

Actually I think we have uncovered a source of fresh rhyme-ore: famous people's names. So far I've got Langston Hughes, Toulouse(-Lautrec), and Florean Fortescues.

Its possible that you used this before, however, from one moderately less appealing iteration of My Little Pony.
