Re: Share your Art with the world!
I've linked it in a couple threads, but I started a Tumblr a few days ago with a feature I've tentatively called Daily Draw-A-Thing.
While it hasn't been going long I have kept up with it, and to me every day is a victory.

Ah, I was periodically pressing F5 feeling sorry for myself that no one had replied yet.
Yes, so people don't have to die reading my fence of text, basically, I'm updating my Deviant profile (BELOW) and I probably die before I've finished. 200+ images uploading.
My Avatar IRL!!!
I'm optimistically flagging all good photographs of my work availability for prints to be produced. Someone in the world would want to buy a print of my work surely. Costs nothing to me to put it up. FINISHED.

I tried to combine Dubstep and DnB since they have very similar elements.
Dubstep DnB Thingy
This probably takes some award for being late to the party, but here goes:
I quite like the sound, although in some parts it sounds like the drums sort of get "lost in the noise" however.
You might want to look into something called Drumstep as well, which is basically what you described, check out this track by DJ Shortee

Is there an exception here for non-drawn art? As a machinist I feel like a lot of the stuff I do can be art.

Can't help but think that looks like a very sadistic sex toy.

That's HILARIOUS. It's actually an aluminum cone with really course sand paper glued to it, the purpose being to take burrs off of any large holes drilled in wood. So, yes, potentially one of the worst sex toys ever created, not counting that one tentacle dildo i designed XD

Unless the tentacle dildo also has sandpaper attached to it, I'd probably prefer it.

You should seek employment as an prop artist on the Saw films that hopefully will never be made again because they defiled the strong and interesting stories they had in the first three.

Some photos I shot at last Saturday's anti-ACTA protest:
First time ever I shot a protest, so I didn't get that many shots I was overly happy with. Especially colours didn't quite turn out as I wanted (which is why two of them are b/w), and the sky got completely blown out in most pictures (should have used fill flash).

Re: Share your Art with the world!
I started a Tumblr a little over a week ago with a feature called Daily Draw-A-Thing.
I've linked to a couple of pictured I've posted there a few times. One was that badass teddy bear in the dream thread, another was the Queen displaying the powers of the Human Torch in the diamond jubilee thread. Others include an Errol Flynn inspired ant, and the Freddy Mercury dinosaur I posted for Draw a Dinosaur day.
You may enjoy yesterday's post, too.

Re: Share your Art with the world!
It seems people who draw explicit and 100% perverted drawings and upload them to deviant art don't appreciate comments of "DeviantPorn".
/shrug.
At least they could go to an effort and draw a real naked woman from life/good life model stock photo opposed to a still from a porn film and put randomly badly drawn steampunk items on her to fetishise her.

Re: Share your Art with the world!
Here are some of the most recent pieces of commissioned artwork I've done. I'm quite proud of them, and I think they look rather spiffing.
I had no people to base these from; I worked entirely from the written descriptions given by my client, and kinda had to fly by the seat of my pants.
Character portraits for the fine Mr JackSlack's pen and paper RPG players. Each was £20.80, in case you'd like something similar done.

Re: Share your Art with the world!
How do you yell at the world to say that you're open for commissions? I'd rather like some people to want to pay hard cash for my work. Deviant art spammage isn't working because people simply 'like' my work, but not enough to dig into their pockets and buy a print of it with I assume a stupidly high commission cut from DA.I've even tried getting rid of my 'facebook-esk' cynicism from my profile information bit. No effect.

I really dig the haunter one. I think it'd be cooler if it was one of those with the long gloves you could actually use, then one of the hands would have to be red like

Not quite what you stated, but I did get a commission to do a costume set this last Halloween. It has a set of gloves and the tongue is attached via velcro so it can be removed when not desired.

That wouldn't be difficult. Right now I have commissions to take my Growlithe and Quilava hats out of retirement and redesign them. I can get to Wobbuffet after I'm done with them.

Re: Share your Art with the world!
One day I want to do a Cubone hat
It would be the skull and it would come down over the wear's eyes just like it does for the pokemon. I've been trying to work it out in my head. Some day I'll go for it. If I could do it, my very next project would be to do the epic dragon skull hat I've been dreaming about.
But people's heads don't work that way. Fitting the bridge of the nose to come down without impairing the wearer's sight would be a big challenge. Even the pokemon pictured, I doubt he can see much of what's directly in front of him.
