Last I checked, the game isn't really long to begin with.

No, we'll do the whole thing. It can't be much longer... I hope.

"Wait! In order to understand this next plot point, you need to go back and play through most of the game as the other two player-controlled mutants!"
Though really, I'm wondering at what point the girl and Chad Backpack will show up, either to help you or for you to fight them. That just seems like something this game would do.
Re: GPLP: X-Men Destiny
So while looking around on the internets, I found a cheat for the juggernaut suit if anyone's interested.

Yessss! I am friggin' excited for this. Can't wait to see what other ugly suits (or decent powers with decent suits) you guys find.

Graham you need to use it then you'll have the complete set for him, or at least I'm pretty sure you will.
All problems can be solved by trebuchets and/or fire.

Re: GPLP: X-Men Destiny
Hold it a minute there game. If Reyes can't mind control Chad. Why can Emma communicate with him telepathically?
Is Emma just better at being psychic so she can communicate with Chad's rock-coated brain?

"And it also helps with splash-back"
Re: GPLP: X-Men Destiny
It's the skimpy outfit. Reyes doesn't know all Chad related communication must be done in the context of football, but Emma passes for a cheerleader. Or something.Undersol wrote:Hold it a minute there game. If Reyes can't mind control Chad. Why can Emma communicate with him telepathically?

I guess in this universe, influence is different than communication.
Also, Magneto looks pretty good for however old he is. Kinda creepy.

Is it just me, or were they using Wilhelm Screams as one of the generic "thug falls off a crane" sounds? I could swear I heard two of them right in a row.

"Yes, we've finally joined the Brotherhood! Now it's time to kick some X-Men butt"
Fight all the Brotherhood!
"Wait what?"
This game is such a troll.

Don't worry about Pixie, guys. She'll be back in a year or so. Mutant heaven has a revolving door.
You know, at some point, this game has gotten awesome. I guess I'll have to rent it at some point.
Here's a hint at how old Magneto is. He's a holocaust surviver. (No, seriously, it's part of his origon)

Pretty sure Graham commented on that in an earlier episode, so either we're all crazy, or they're really using it. (These choices are not mutually exclusive. )

Did anyone else noticed that they've picked up an EXTRA OUTFIT! GASP! It's just called Brotherhood. For serious! Go back and check just before they change into the Quicksilver outfit =)
But actually, I'd also like to see the JugJug outfit =D

Yep, compared them the after Paul asked if they were in one of the previous videos. But forgot to post saying it certainly sounded the same as a Wilhelm, and probably was.
Re: GPLP: X-Men Destiny
I think you should investigate that Magneto Utility. The upgrades looked useful. Extra M-Power as well as the hover power.
Did I also see a "Brotherhood" costume in there or was I imagining it?

I'm kind of hoping that a Brotherhood costume is just his normal football uniform with the Brotherhood logo on it.

Re: GPLP: X-Men Destiny
So hold on. If you were still given the CHOICE of the X-Men or the Brotherhood at that point, what was the whole point of the allegiance meter? Would Cyclops just have given you disapproving glares on each mission if you went with him with a full Brotherhood meter?

Re: GPLP: X-Men Destiny
He'd probably just start putting notes up in the institute hallways about how someone (who shall remain nameless) left fragments of burning obsidian lying around, which is a flagrant violation of school rules as well as being a health hazard to the students, and looking meaningfully at Chad during X-men meetings while telling people that his lunch (which was left in a container clearly labelled as his, thank you) was taken from the fridge, although nobody has yet to own up to it. Also when it was his turn to do the dishes he will forget to wash Chad's coffee cup, because it must have been behind the cornflakes box someone left out (which is just lazy isn't it?) and he didn't see it (and don't you eat cornflakes Chad?).

Few people know that in addition to the lasers, Cyclops has the power of passive aggression... Oh man, does anyone else really wish that there was a Cyclops defensive in this game that let you condescendingly scold enemies? Defensive and not offensive because it's a (super annoying) way of avoiding confrontation.
